The Study On The Clinical Medication Law Of The "Soul", "Spirit" Elements Abnormal States In The TCM “Five God” Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System

Objective:Excavate and summary the medication law of the "Soul", "Spirit" element of the TCM “Five God” under the abnormal state,including the common drugs,the couplet drugs, the new drug teams in order to provide a new methodfor the treatment of the "Soul", "Spirit" diseases.Methods:Thisresearch retrieval the CD of TCM ancient books of the medicines,collect a prescription treatment records about the "Soul", "Spirit" abnormal state andestablish a prescription database. Classifyingthe prescription database on the basis of the previous scale.Researching the prescription database by using of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System, through looking for the high frequency of drugs, drug properties, and couplet drugs in order to investigate the drug compatibility law, which can summarize the rules of the treatment about the "Soul", "Spirit" abnormal state.Results:We get a total of 347 prescriptions, involving 360 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine. The statistical results of the data shows us the drug rules of the commonly used drugs for the treatment of the "Soul" abnormal state. Firstly, the main drug propertie is Wen. Secondly, the most three common flavors of drugs are Gan, bitter,Xin. Thirdly, the mainly Channel Tropism is in the heart, spleen, lungs.Fourthly, zhusha and niuhuang, shexiang, bingpiancombinationsand renshen and fuling, yuanzhicombinationsare the most common couplet medicines; The last but not the least, we get 14 groups of new drug combinations of treatment of the "Soul" abnormal state. At the same time, we also obtain the commonly used drugs for the treatment of the "Spirit" abnormal state.Fistly, the main drug propertie is Wen. Secondly, the most three common flavors of drugs are Gan,Xin, bitter. Thirdly, the mainly Channel Tropism is in the heart, spleen, lungs.Fourthly, zhusha and bingpian, niuhuangcombinations and renshen and fuling, shudihuangcombinations are the most common couplet medicines; Wealso get 13 groups of new drug combinations of treatment of the "Soul" abnormal state.Conclusion:Obtain the prescription and medication law of the "Soul", "Spirit" element under the abnormal state,including high frequency of drug,drug pair,the four gas,the gomi,the meridian, the prescription law in order to provide a reference for the treatment of the "Soul", "Spirit" abnormal states.
