| Objective:To analyze the statistics of early threatened abortion related factors and TCM syndromes,physical distribution patterns,and explore the inherent relationship between the three,as early as possible intervene possible risk factors for the disease,For the cause of the disease and pathological research,prevention and control,and provide theoretical basis.Methods: According to the clinical manifestations of early threatened abortion and relevant information,the "general situation questionnaire" was designed.Professor Wang qi’s "self-test table of traditional Chinese medicine constitution" was used to collect clinical data.The data were classified and recorded in the Excel table and added to the SPSS17.0statistical software for analysis.Results:A survey of 600 patients with early threatened abortion found that:1.Basic information:The mean age of onset was 34.24 6.80 years old,the high incidence was 35～41 years old(40.50%),and 76.33%was 28 years old.Most of them were at 5 to 7 weeks(67.00%).It was that those with higher education level than university(59.5%).Jobs mainly included medicine(17.83%),finance(17%),education and culture(14.5%),mental work and high occupational stress.Menstruation was that more late menstruation,menstrual extension,less color light.Leucorrhoea was mostly that more and more,the color white and clear.It suggested that the disease was mostly deficiency syndrome.55.17%had a history of intrauterine surgery.57.33%frequent exposure to noise.52.50%often stayed up late and45.67%were passive smoking.People with spicy eating habits were the most(32.67%).Personality distribution was that 34.83%was vulnerable and sensitive,the most and 19.33%was irritable.Clinical examination:progesterone low(27.67%)>β-HCG low(26.00%)>mycoplasma infection(18.5%);The immunological factors were not examined(76.33%).2.Syndrome type:kidney deficiency syndrome(37.17%)was the most,followed by weak qi and blood(22.00%),deficiency heat syndrome(15.33%),damp-heat syndrome(12.83%),blood stasis syndrome(8.17%),and solid heat syndrome(4.50%).By卡方test,the distribution of age,occupation,menstrual history,noise exposure,personality and constitution in the syndromes had statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Constitution:Yang deficiency quality(30.50%)was the most,qi deficiency quality(22.00%)was the second,Yin deficiency quality(14.33%)was the third,mild quality(8.33%)was the fourth,qi stagnation quality(7.50%)was the fifth,phlegm-dampness quality(6.17%)was the sixth,dampness and heat quality(5.67%)was the seventh,blood stasis quality(5.50%)was the least.By卡方test,the differences of working tension,menstruation,noise exposure,life habit and personality in body constitution were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Multivariate analysis of syndrome type,physical condition and related factors:Logistic regression analysis showed that people with physical labor,high occupational stress,long exposure to mobile phones and computers were more likely to cause kidney deficiency syndrome,while people with physical labor,abnormal thyroid function,high occupational stress and gynecological surgery were more likely to form Yang deficiency.Conclusion:Age,education,occupation,pregnancy and birth history,menstrual disorders,dysmenorrhea,history of gynecological surgery,adverse living environment,habits and personality,physique and so on can cause early threatened abortion.Endocrine factors were the main factors in clinical examination,followed by infection.Deficiency syndrome is the main syndrome type,in which kidney deficiency is common.The biased constitution was the main constitution,and the deficiency constitution was higher than the solid constitution.By卡方test,and Logistic regression analysis,there was an internal relationship among syndrome type,constitution and some related factors. |
