Clinical Observation And Meta-analysis Of Laparoscopic Ovarian Drilling Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Infertility Caused By Phlegm-dampness Syndrome Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Objective:To explore the treatment of laparoscopic ovarian drilling combined with traditional Chinese medicine in infertile phlegm-dampness patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).by Using Meta-analysis method to fully evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of laparoscopic ovarian perforation combined with traditional Chinese medicine would provid a strong theoretical fundamental for the clinical treatment of PCOS.Methods:66 infertile phlegm-dampness patients with PCOS were randomly divided into control group(operation group)and test group(operation+traditional Chinese medicine group).Hormone levels,number of basic follicles,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were tested before and after treatment,and the scores of TCM syndrome were collected.The randomized control clinical study on the treatment of PCOS by laparoscopic ovarian perforation combined with traditional Chinese medicine was comprehensively retrieved from online literature archive.The pregnancy rate,ovulation rate and incidence of adverse reactions were extracted from the study and processed by Meta-analysis.Results:The scores of TCM syndromes,testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH),number of basic follicles,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the test group were significantly improved.While,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions.Meta-analysis results also showed that laparoscopic ovarian perforation combined with traditional Chinese medicine was more effective in the treatment of PCOS.Conclusion:The effects of laparoscopic ovarian drilling combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of PCOS significantly increase the TCM syndrome score,revise endocrine disorders,enhance the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.Meta-analysis result showed that the treatment of laparoscopic ovarian perforation combined with traditional Chinese medicine on PCOS was effective and had a good application prospect.
