Purpose:Analysis of the Integrative Medicine treatment of polycystic ovarian infertility by the efficacy,safety,with a view to making an objective,credible assessment of choice for Integrative Medicine in the treatment of patients and doctors to provide the best evidence available at present to help a total of clinical decision-making,provide the basis for further study and lay the foundation.Method:Use of evidence-based medicine(EBM) approach,a comprehensive search at home and abroad due to infertility treatment of women with polycystic ovary syndrome clinical study of literature,into a combination of Western medicine in the treatment of infertility caused by PCOS of randomized controlled trials,Research into the methodological quality(including randomly,blind,distribution and hidden lost),with Revman5.0 software for statistical analysis or descriptive analysis.Results:The total included 20 research literature,including 1,672 cases of patients randomized controlled trials.The results show that,the pregnancy rates(P<0.00001),ovulation rates(P<0.00001),total efficiency (P<0.00001) of the group of Integrative Medicine treatment are conspicuous precede to Western medicine treatment,Adverse reaction rates (P=0.0008) is significantly lower than Western Medicine treatment.Conclusion:Combined traditional Chinese and Western Medicine can be effective in treating infertility caused by polycystic syndrome,and the adverse reactions are less than Western medicine alone,but included in the study and a small number of high-quality,it demonstrated its strength is weak,yet more high-quality research To increase the strength of proof...
