ObjectiveThis study aims to integrate various teaching resources effectively,construct and practice the theory of synchronous practice teaching mode in internal medicine nursing under the information environment,and explore the teaching ways to effectively improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students and the quality of human care,in order to provide reference for deepening the reform of undergraduate nursing teaching.Methods113 nursing students from two natural classes in a third-grade nursing undergraduate of a university were selected as the research objects by drawing lots,one was chosen as control group and the other as experimental group by tossing coins.The control group adopted the traditional practice teaching model,and the experimental group adopted the synchronous practice teaching mode.Before teaching intervention,investigating and analyzing whether the general situations,self-learning ability,critical thinking ability,and humanistic care ability of the two groups are comparable.Carrying out the teaching intervention under the premise of ensuring the consistency of teachers,teaching materials,teaching time and teaching progress of the two groups.After teaching intervention,the changes in scores of self-learning ability,critical thinking ability,humanistic care ability and final theoretical scores of the two groups are compared and analyzed in the form of inter-group control and self-control.By issuing the evaluation form of teaching satisfaction to the experimental group,conducting semi-structured interviews with the participating teachers and students,and then evaluating the application effect of synchronous practical teaching model in internal medicine nursing.Results1.After teaching intervention,the total score of self-learning ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.789,p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of learning motivation between the two groups(t=1.303,p=0.195).other dimensions of planning and implementation,self-management,interpersonal communication scores and total scores compared with the control group and their pre-intervention scores,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.179~4.023,p<0.05).2.After teaching intervention,the total score of critical thinking ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.555,p<0.05).3.After teaching intervention,the total score of humanistic care ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.577,p<0.05),The scores of patience(t=5.178,p=0.000)and cognition(t=4.157,p=0.000)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.4.The teaching satisfaction evaluation showed that the students of experimental group had higher satisfaction on the synchronous practice teaching mode.5.The final theoretical scores between the two groups have statistical significance(t=2.953,p=0.004).6.Semi-structured interviews showed that the teaching mode was well received among teachers and students,and the overall evaluation of the experimental group was better than control group.Conclusion1.The synchronous practice teaching mode has a good teaching effect in internal medicine nursing,which can improve self-learning ability,critical thinking ability and humanistic care ability.2.The synchronous practice teaching mode can effectively link theory and practice,and complete the transformation of teaching from "knowledge standard" to "capability standard".3.The synchronous practice teaching mode obtained higher satisfaction evaluation of teachers and students,indicating that the model is effective and worth further application and promotion.
