The Effect Of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction On Carotid Atherosclerosis Was Discussed Based On The Theory Of Body Differentiation And Treatment

Purpose:By observing the mentor from party to comply with the blood stasis activating blood know luo soup the curative effect of patients with carotid atherosclerosis,evaluation based on the theory of treatment based on ti efficacy and safety of the Chinese medicine treatment of carotid atherosclerosis,and expand the approaches of prevention and cure of carotid atherosclerosis and to explore the pathogenesis of carotid artery atherosclerosis may,for cardio-cerebrovascular diseases,secondary prevention and clinical treatment to provide new ideas;Lay a foundation for further development of new drugs.Methods:In this study,80 patients with carotid atherosclerosis consistent with blood stasis were selected and divided into treatment group(traditional Chinese medicine group)and control group(western medicine group)by random number table according to the order of treatment.Blood stasis score,blood lipid concentration,carotid intima-media thickness(IMT),carotid plaque number,plaque size and crouse score of patients in the two groups were observed and recorded before and after treatment.After scientific statistics,clinical efficacy of the two methods for CAS patients was analyzed.In order to provide a more comprehensive and effective method for the prevention and treatment of CAS.Results:Statistical analysis showed that after one course of treatment,patients in the two groups were significantly lower in blood stasis score,blood lipid concentration,plaque number,plaque size,crouse score and other aspects than before treatment(p<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(p<0.05).The effective rate was 83.3%in the treatment group and 51.4%in the control group.The effective rate of plaque was 58.3%in the treatment group and 62.6%in the control group.Conclusion:The formation of atherosclerosis is related to the constitution of blood stasis.Both of the two treatment methods can prevent and cure carotid atherosclerosis and plaque formation and development,and both can reduce the body mass index to a certain extent.However,traditional Chinese medicine has more significant curative effect in reducing body mass index,and has more advantages in safety and effectiveness.Based on the theory of body differentiation and treatment,the application of traditional Chinese medicine can expand the prevention and treatment of carotid atherosclerosis and provide new ideas for primary and secondary prevention and clinical treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Lay a foundation for further development of new drugs.
