| Objective To explore the correlation of adult population serum 25-Hydroxyvitamin D3 levels with blood glucose and blood lipid in a certain community. It provides scientific theoretical basis for the prevention of abnormal blood lipid and blood glucose in adult population. Methods Select 1065 cases of subjects from the adult population who underwent physical examination in the outpatient department of Yanbian hospital as the research object. There were 429 cases of males and 636 cases of females. To general physical examination of the subjects, determination of 25(OH)D3,blood biochemical indicators.According to different concentrations of 25(OH)D3 levels, they were divided into appropriate group, insufficient group and deficient group, compare the difference of general index, blood biochemical index and the incidence of blood glucose and dyslipidemia. The correlation was compared between 25(OH)D3 and blood glucose and lipid levels.Result 1.The levels of 25(OH)D,and HDL-C in males was lower than those in females, while the levels of age,BMI,SBP,DBP,TC,IgTG,LDL-C,UA,RBC,VA and FPG was all higher than those in females(P<0.05);2.The prevalence of diabetes, total dyslipidemia, abnormal TG and HDL-C in males was all higher than those in females(P<0.05).In males,25(OH)D3 level was negatively correlated with FPG;3.In females,25(OH)D3 was negatively correlated with TG,LDL-C and FPG levels;4.The risk of abnormal blood glucose in the 25(OH)D3 deficient group was 2.436 times higher than that in the appropriate group(95%Cl:1.133-5.237).After adjusting for age and BMI,the prevalence of abnormal blood glucose in the 25(OH)D3 deficient group was 2.385 times higher than that in the appropriate group(95%CI:1.092-5.211);5.The risk of dyslipidemia in the 25(OH)D3 deficient group was 1.655 times higher than that in the appropriate group(95%CI:1.041-2.631),and the risk of dyslipidemia in the 25(OH)D3 deficient group was 2.173 times higher than that in the appropriate group(95%CI:1.426-3.312);6.After adjusting for age,BMI,blood pressure, blood glucose,UA,VA and RBC,the risk of dyslipidemia was 1.974 times higher in the deficient group than in the appropriate group(95%CI:1.279-3.045).Conclusion 1.With the decrease of 25(OH)D3 levels, the prevalence of adult male diabetes gradually increased.2.The abnormal TG and HDL-C rates of adult female vitamin D deficiency group and the deficient group is higher than those of the appropriate group.3.The level of 25(OH)D3 in adult males is correlated with FPG,but it is not an independent factor affecting diabetes.4.in adult females,25(OH)D3 level is correlated with TG and LDL-C levels, and 25(OH)D3 lacked independent risk factors for dyslipidemia in the group. |
