| Objective:This study analyzes the current situation and the relationship between professional values,emotional intelligence and teaching efficacy of clinical nursing teachers,to explore the influencing factors of clinical nursing teachers’ teaching efficacy and establish the structural equation model of clinical nursing teachers’ teaching efficacy,so as to improve the teaching efficacy of clinical nursing teachers and then promote the quality of clinical nursing teaching to provide reference basis.Methods:This study is a descriptive study in non-experimental studies,using the conveni-ence sampling method,282 clinical nursing teachers who met the inclusion criteria of this study in three grade a general hospitals in shandong province were selected from june to august 2019,a total of 300 questionnaires were distributed and 282 valid questionnaires were recovered.The research tools include the social demographic characteristics questionnaire of clinical nursing teachers,the self-efficacy scale of clinical practice guidance teachers’ work,the occupational value view scale and the emotional intelligence scale.Using SPSS20.0 and AMOS22.0statistical software to organize and analyze the data,the statistical methods used include descriptive analysis,t-tests,single factor analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis,multivariate linear regression analysis and structural equation model analysis.Results:(1)The total score of teaching efficacy of clinical nursing teachers in this study was(107.94 ± 18.09),which was in the middle level.There were differences in age,marital status,work establishment,technical title,position,nursing age,teaching age,teaching and training experience(P<0.05).(2)The total score of professional values of clinical nursing teachers in this study was(93.80±13.18),which was in the middle level.There were differences in gender,age,nursing age,teaching age,teaching and training experience(P<0.05).(3)The total score of emotional intelligence of clinical nursing teachers in this study was(79.98±12.46),which was at a moderate level.There were differences in gender,age,technical title,position,nursing age,teaching age,teaching and training experience(P<0.05).(4)The correlation analysis showed that clinical nursing teachers’ professional values and teaching efficacy were.positively correlated(r=0.417,P<0.01);emotional intelligence was positively correlated with teaching efficacy(r=0.475,P<0.01);and professional values were positively correlated with emotional intelligence(r=0.413,P<0.01).(5)Multiple regression analysis showed that teaching age,teaching and training experience,professional values and emotional intelligence were the main predictive variables of clinical nursing teachers’ teaching efficacy,which could explain the variation of teaching efficacy by 33.6%.(6)The influence and intensity of professional values and emotional intelligence on clinical nursing teachers’ teaching efficacy are as follows:professional values to teaching efficacy(β=0.249,P<0.001),emotional intelligence to teaching efficacy(β=0.394,P<0.001),professional values to emotional intelligence(β=0.452,P<0.001).Conclusion:(1)The professional values and teaching efficacy of clinical nursing teachers are in the middle level,and the emotional intelligence is in the middle upper level.(2)In ters of social demographic characteristmics,age,work establishment,marital status,technical title,holding position,nursing age,teaching age,teaching and training experience have an impact on the teaching effectiveness of clinical nursing teachers.(3)Professional values,emotional intelligence and teaching efficacy of clinical nursing teachers were positively correlated.(4)Professional values can directly or indirectly affect the teaching efficacy of clinical nursing teachers through the intermediary role of emotional intelligence;in addition,emotional intelligence can directly affect the teaching efficacy of clinical nursing teachers. |
