Objective: To explore the distribution and aggregation characteristics of risk factors of LEDVT patients between different ages and genders. Methods: Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 162 patients diagnosed with primary LEDVT in the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2016 to December 2019.Patients were divided into male and female groups according to gender, and according to age,the patients were divided into youth group(age <45 years old)and middle-aged and elderly group(age≥45years old). The distribution and aggregation of risk factors of patients in each group were analyzed, and the differences between different age groups and genders were compared.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the age of onset of LEDVT between different genders(P> 0.05),the risk factors for male patients with LEDVT are mainly hypertension, trauma, and dyslipidemia, and the risk factors of female patients with LEDVT are more common in hypertension, trauma and surgery, and diabetes. There was no gender difference in the risk factors between the two groups(P>0.05).2.There are aggregations of risk factors in patients with LEDVT of different genders, both of which are more common with the combination of the two risk factors, and the majority are ages≥45 years old and high blood pressure aggregation.3.The risk factors of LEDVT patients in the youth group are mainly trauma, pregnancy and puerperium, and the proportion of patients with these risk factors is the same,is 25.93%.Among them, the number of patients with pregnancy and puerperium is significantly higher than that of the middle-aged and elderly group(P <0.01),there are no patients with hypertension, diabetes, tumor and other risk factors in this group. The risk factors for LEDVT in the middle-aged and elderly groups are mainly hypertension, trauma, and diabetes, and the number of people with hypertension and diabetes has increased significantly, compared with the youth group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.01).4.The combination of one risk factor is common in the youth group and the middle-aged and elderly groups, accounting for 59.26% and 49.17%,respectively.In the middle-aged and elderly groups, the proportion of combining 2 or more types is significantly increased compared with the youth group(28.15 % VS7.41%,31.11% VS 28.15%,P<0.05).The combination of 3 risk factors is rare in both groups.5.Among male patients with LEDVT,the risk factors of the young group were more common in trauma and surgery, and there was no significant difference compared with the elderly group(P> 0.05).The risk factor of the elderly group is mainly hypertension, which is significantly different from that of the youth group(P <0.01),while the other risk factors between the two groups are not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Among female LEDVT patients, pregnancy and puerperium accounted for most of the youth group(50%),which was significantly different from the middle-aged and elderly group(P <0.01).In the middle-aged and elderly groups, the main risk factors are the same as those in the male patients, all of which are mainly hypertension, which is significantly different from the youth group(P <0.01),Compared with other risk factors, there was no statistical significance(P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.There were no significant differences in risk factors for patients with LEDVT between different genders, and the main risk factors were age ≥45 years and hypertension.2.Take pregnancy and puerperium as the main risk factors of LEDVT in young women.3.Hypertension is the main risk factor of middle-aged and elderly patients with LEDVT,and blood pressure should be actively controlled at the ideal level.4.Deep vein thrombosis often has a concentration of risk factors, and most patients with LEDVT have two types of risk factors. |
