| Objectives:The high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound was used to detect the hemodynamic parameters of the myopic eyes, and to explore the relationship between the changes in the hemodynamic parameters of the myopic eyes and the diopter,as well as the refractive power and intraocular pressure, eye axis, and lateral diameter of the eyeball. To provide an objective basis for the prevention and treatment of myopia. Methods:Select normal eyesight student volunteers(22cases,44eyes)as the control group, mild to moderate myopia group(25cases,50eyes),high myopia group(21cases,42 eyes)as the research object. All volunteers completed high-frequency color Doppler detection, vision detection and intraocular pressure measurement from September 2019 to December 2019.High-frequency color Doppler detection includes Ocular artery(OA),Anterior ciliary artery(ACA),Short post ciliary artery(SPCA)and Central retinal artery artery(CRA)peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV)and resistance index(Resistance index,RI)and the length of the eye axis and eyeball.Vision testing includes binocular vision and refractive status measurements.Finally,one-way analysis of variance,SNK-q test,Pearson linear correlation, etc.were used for statistical analysis of the measured data.Results:1.The PSV,EDV,RI of the eye arteries of the volunteers participating in this study had no significant correlation with refractive power(r1=-0.089,P1=0.301;r2=-0.113,P2=0.191;r3=0.100,P3=0.245);PSV,EDV of anterior ciliary artery, posterior ciliary artery, central retinal artery and diopter were negatively correlated(P<0.05),RI and diopter were positively correlated(P<0.05).In addition, there was no significant correlation between the PSV,EDV,RI and diopter of OA,ACA,SPCA and CRA in each group(P>0.05).2.Compared with the normal group,PSV,EDV,RI of OA in each myopia group had no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with the normal group and mild to moderate myopia group, the PSV and EDV of SPCA,CRA and ACA decreased, and the RI increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group, the mild and moderate myopia group had significant differences in PSV and EDV(q1=3.27,P1<0.05;q2=3.81,P2<0.05),and CRA had significant differences in EDV and RI(q1=4.03,P1<0.05;q2=3.61,P2<0.05).3.The difference between the eye axis and intraocular pressure of each group is statistically significant(F1=42.069,P1<0.01;F2=17.202,P2<0.01),and there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of the eyeball transverse(F=1.980,P=0.142).Conclusions:1.The PSV and EDV of ACA,SPCA and CRA were negatively correlated with diopter, and the RI was positively correlated with diopter;the blood flow of ACA,SPCA and CRA in myopia was reduced, and the blood supply to the eye was insufficient, which may lead to the increase of diopter one of the factors.2.As the diopter increases, the eye axis grows and the intraocular pressure increases, the growth of the eye axis and the increase of intraocular pressure may also be the main factors leading to the formation of myopia. The growth of the eye axis and the increase of intraocular pressure may have a mutually promoting relationship with the development of myopia. |
