Objective:To explore the application of autogenous costal cartilage cortex in the construction of nasal tip double arch elastic stent in comprehensive rhinoplasty.To understand the improvement of nasal tip "double arch" elastic stent,and to evaluate the surgical effect and clinical application of autogenous costal cartilage cortical transplantation for constructing nasal tip "double arch" elastic stent through postoperative satisfaction survey and analysis of postoperative complications.Methods: Through the study of 20 patients admitted from September 2017 to December 2019 for comprehensive rhinoplasty with autogenous rib cartilage cortex,the clinical application,safety and stability of autogenous rib cartilage cortex "double arch" elastic stent in comprehensive rhinoplasty were discussed.The 20 patients,mainly from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,were previously healthy.Results: According to the postoperative satisfaction survey and analysis of postoperative complications,15 of the 20 patients were very satisfied,3 were satisfied,and 2 were dissatisfied,with a satisfaction rate of 90%.The 20 patients were followed up for 6 months after surgery,without nasal tip skew,downward rotation,incision infection,prosthesis exposure and other complications.Conclusions: In the comprehensive rhinoplasty,the application of autogenous costal cartilaginous cortex to construct the nasal tip "double arch" elastic scaffold can improve the short columella,round and blunt tip and the upturned nose,and avoid the "stiff" problem of nasal tip after rhinoplasty.
