| ObjectiveTo observe the effect of jianwei xiaozhang tablets on the precancerous lesion of gastric cancer,and to further explore the mechanism of the effect of jianwei xiaozhang tablets on the gastrointestinal tract,in order to provide strong evidence for its ability to delay or reverse the precancerous lesion of gastric cancer,and to intervene the course of cancerosis,and to provide a new thinking and method for reducing the incidence of gastric cancer in China.Methods82 patients who underwent electronic gastroscopy in dongguan hospital of TCM from October 2017 to November 2019 and were diagnosed as chronic atrophic gastritis,accompanied by intestinal metaplasia and heteroplastic hyperplasia through pathological examination and meeting the diagnosis criteria of spleen and stomach qi stagnation were randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization:the treatment group included 41 patients and the control group 41 patients.including 78 patients completed the study,4 cases for not taking medicine on time,or exit,complete observation treatment group 39 cases,control group 39 cases.The control group was given 2 folic acid tablets 3 times a day.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given 6 jianwei xiaozhang tablets three times a day for 12 weeks.After the treatment course of the two groups was 0 weeks and 12 weeks,helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection,TCM symptom score,gastroscopy score and pathological score were evaluated,and blood routine,urine routine,fecal examination,liver and kidney function and other relevant examinations were improved,and the obtained data were statistically analyzed.Results(1)comparison of helicobacter pylori infection:after treatment,the negative proportion of helicobacter pylori in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),suggesting that jianwei xiaozhang tablet could improve helicobacter pylori infection.(2)comparison of TCM symptom scores and therapeutic effects:after treatment,there was a significant difference in TCM syndromes score between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),while the TCM syndromes score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The difference of TCM symptom scores before and after treatment was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of TCM symptom improvement was 87.18%in the treatment group and 23.08%in the control group,suggesting that jianwei xiaozhang tablet could effectively improve the TCM symptoms of "distention and fullness".(3)comparison of gastroscopy score:after treatment,the score of gastroscopy in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the score of gastroscopy in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).However,the difference of gastroscope was marginal significant differences(P=0.052>0.05),indicating that jianwei xiaozhang tablet had no significant advantage in reducing the integral of gastroscope.(4)comparison of pathological scores:after treatment,in terms of atrophy,the pathological score and the difference between pathological score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the pathological score of both groups was lower than before treatment(P<0.01).In terms of intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia,the pathological score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The difference of pathological score was also significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The pathological score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.01),while the pathological score of the control group before and after treatment showed no difference(P>0.05),suggesting that jianwei xiaozhang tablet could reduce the pathological score of atrophic intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia.After treatment,the contraction,the treatment group pathological grading pathological score difference was significantly lower than control group(P<0.01),and the pathological grading of two group were lower than before treatment(P<0.01)in intestinal metaplasia and hyperplasia,pathological grading treatment group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),pathological score difference was also significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01),the treatment group after treatment pathologic score was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),while the control group before and after treatment pathologic grading no difference(P>0.05),prompted jianwei swelling elimination can reduce shrinkage Pathological scores of intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia(5)safety analysis:the results of blood routine,urine routine,stool examination,liver function,kidney function and other tests of the two groups of patients before and after treatment showed that there were no abnormal changes related to taking the study drugs,and no adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,suggesting that two groups of drugs were safe and reliable.ConclusionIn the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions,although there is no significant advantage in improving gastroscopic image integration,jianwei xiaozhang tablet can not only significantly improve patients’ TCM syndrome score and helicobacter pylori infection,but also reduce the score of atrophy,intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia,achieve pathological reversal,indicating that jianwei xiaozhang tablet has a good effect in the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions.The drug is safe and reliable,with no adverse reactions. |
