Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Depression Of Women With Stagnation Of Liver Qi By Acupuncture And Moxibustion Method Of Soothing Liver Qi And Warming Governor Meridian

Object iveTo observe the clinical effect of "Tiaogan Wendu"(referred to as TW)acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on depression of stagnation of liver Qi,and to compare it with "Tiaogan"(referred to as T)acupuncture treatment,to evaluate the characteristics and advantages of two different treatment.and to provide a new way of acupuncture treatment of depression,in order to improve the effect of depression.MethodsRandomly divide the 64 middle-aged women with mild to moderate depression of liver qi stagnation who are compliance with inclusion criteria into T group and TW group.32 patients in each group and each group has 2 cases of exfoliation.The prescription of T group is Baihui,Yintang,Taichong and Hegu acupoint of acupuncture.TW goroup was treated with moxibustion of governor meridian on the basis of the T group.Two groups of patients treated twice a week(each treatment interval shall not be less tha 2 days),2 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.Before the treatment,after the first course,after the second course,the HAMD and liver Qi depression syndrome scale were rated,and evaluate the curative effect after the first course and the second course.Results1.Compari si on of baselineThere was no significant difference between the two groups in age,course of disease,education level,occupational nature,HAMD score and liver Qi Depression Syndrome Scale score(P>0.05).2.Comparison of observation indexes2.1 Comparison of HAMD score①Intra-group comparison:After the first and the second course of treatment,the score of T group was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).It is the same in TW group.②Comparison between groups:The score of TW group was lower than T group after the first and the second course,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.2 Comparison of the liver Qi depression syndrome scale①Intra-group comparison:After the first course of treatment,the total score of T group was lower than thosef before treatment(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.The total score of T group after the second course was lower than that after the first course(P<0.01),the difference was the same significant.After the second course of treatment,the mood depression(P<0.05),irritability and good crying(P<0.05),chest swelling or wanpi(P<0.01),good Taixi(P<0.01)and total score(P<0.01)in T group were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant.The insomnia and dreamy sleep(P<0.05)and the total score(P<0.01)of TW group was lower than itself before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant.The TW group’s total score(P<0.01)after the second course was lower than the first,the difference was the same.After the second course of treatment,the mood depression(P<0.01),irritability and crying(P<0.01),chest swelling or wanpi(P<0.01),good Taixi(P<0.01),no appetite(P<0.01),insomnia and dreaminess(P<0.01)and total score(P<0.01)in TW group were lower than itself before the treatment.②Comparison between groups:After the fist course of treatment the TW group is lower than the T group in he total score(P<O.01),and the difference was statistically significant.After the second course of treatment,the TW group was lower than the T group in depression(P<0.01),irritable crying(P<0.01),no appetite(P<0.01),insomnia and dreaminess(P<0.01)and total score(P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant.3.Comparision of curative effectAfter the first course of the treatment,the total effective rate of the T group was 60%,and the other TW group was 70%.There was no significant difference in the effective rate between them(P>0.05).After the second course of the treatment,the total effective rate of the T group was 73.77%,and the other TW group was 93.33%.The difference of total effective rate between them was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Both T group and TW group have clinical effect on depression of stagnation of liver Qi;2.At th beginning of the treatment,the two groups had the same effect in improving the degree of depression and curative effect.With the prolongation of the treatment time,the TW group could significantly improve the degree of regulation,and its curative effect was also better than the T group;3.The TW group is better than the T group in improving the syndrome of stagnation of liver Qi;4.For the patients with depression of stagnation of liver Qi,on the basis of basis of soothing liver Qi acupuncture attention should be paid to the influence 1f Yang Qi on human emotions,and the clinical effect can be improved by applying moxibustion of governor meridian;5.The therapeutic effect of TW group is ideal,which is suitable for clinical application.
