| ObjectiveBy changing the direction and frequency of the method of rubbing abdomen, this paper studies the clinical effect of different rubbing abdomen methods on children’ s deficiency syndrome,to evaluate the difference of clinical effect of rubbing abdomen in different directions and frequencies, and to discuss the possible causes and mechanisms,so as to provide the basis for the standardization and standardization of the manipulation of rubbing abdomen, and provide ideas for the treatment of children’ s deficiency syndrome by massage in clinic.MethodsIn this study,108 children aged 6-36 months were randomly divided into A group,B group,C group and D group according to the ratio of 1:1:1:1.All the four groups were treated with basic therapy and manual therapy to change the direction and frequency of abdominal rubbing.Group A was treated with anticlockwise rapid abdominal rubbing, group B with clockwise rapid abdominal rubbing, group C with anticlockwise slow abdominal rubbing, and group D with clockwise slow abdominal rubbing.According to the children’ s virtual secret symptom scale, the symptom scores before treatment, after the first course, after the second course and during the follow-up were recorded and compared.ResultA total of 108 children were included, including 4 cases of falling off,23 cases in group A,24 cases in group B,24 cases in group C and 25 cases in Group D.there was no significant difference in the general data of the four groups before treatment.Compared the total score of each group, each group had curative effect in the first course(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).The curative effect of group B after the second course was significantly better than that of group A,C and D(P<0.05).The score of group C was lower than that of the first course, which was statistically significant. The scores of group A,B and D were higher than that of the second course(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Comparing the main symptom scores of each group, group A did not improve the main symptom significantly in the first course(P>0.05),but improved significantly after the two courses(P<0.05),group B,C,D had curative effect in the two courses(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the main symptom scores of the first course in each group(P>0.05),and group B was significantly better than group A after the second course(P<0.05).The score of group C was lower than that of the first course, which was statistically significant. The scores of group A,B and D were higher than that of the second course(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Compared with the scores of each group, the scores of the four groups improved significantly after the first course of treatment(P<0.05),group B improved better than group C in the second course of treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the other groups(P>0.05),group C improved significantly after the second course of follow-up(P<0.05),and the other three groups had no significant difference with the second course of treatment(P>0.05).Overall,the scores of the second course of treatment were in the first course of treatment There was no significant change after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Different methods of rubbing abdomen have curative effects on constipation of deficiency syndrome in children, among them, the improvement of symptoms is the most obvious after two courses of treatment.2.Anticlockwise rubbing abdomen slowly has a sustained effect on deficiency syndrome in children.3.The improvement of main symptoms of clockwise rubbing is better than that of anticlockwise rubbing. |
