Clinical Observation On Syndrome Differentiation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)according to TCM syndrome differentiation.MethodsA total of 82 NAFLD patients were included in this study according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,each with 41 patients.The control group was treated with oral polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules on the basis of controlling diet and proper exercise.The treatment group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation based on the control group for 12 weeks.Observe the improvement of liver function,blood lipid,body mass index(BMI index),controlled attenuation parameter(CAP value)and clinical symptoms of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and analyze their comprehensive efficacy.At the same time,record adverse events in the study to evaluate its security.Results1.In terms of improving the BMI value,the BMI values of the treatment group and the control group were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).2.In terms of improving liver function,the liver function indexes of the treatment group and the control group were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01),indicating that TCM syndrome differentiation treatment can be better Improve liver function.3.In terms of improving blood lipids,the levels of TC and TG in the treatment group and the control group were lower than before treatment(P<0.01),and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Significantly.4.In terms of improving the CAP value,the CAP value in both groups was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a more significant decrease(P<0.05),indicating that TCM syndrome differentiation treatment improved the CAP value.Have better curative effect.5.In terms of clinical efficacy,In the treatment group,16 cases were markedly effective,22 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective.In the control group,9 cases were markedly effective,23 cases were effective,and 9 cases were ineffective.There was a significant difference in efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).6.In terms of drug safety,there were no significant abnormalities in safety indicators after treatment in both groups and no significant adverse reactions,indicating that the prescription used in this study was safe and reliable.ConclusionThe treatment of NAFLD with TCM syndrome differentiation is effective.It can effectively reduce the liver enzyme index,blood lipid level and CAP value of patients,and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
