| Objective:Yupingfeng powder and Ginseng Schisandra soup were used to treat the lung spleen-deficiency syndrome of children with bronchial asthma in remission stage,to observe its effect on the clinical symptoms and lung function of children with asthma,and to evaluate the clinical efficacy by comparing the c-ACT score of asthma,score of respiratory tract infections times,score of TCM syndromes and lung function(FEV1)before and after treatment,so as to provide a TCM treatment idea for the prevention and treatment of asthma recurrence.Methods:To 76 cases of pediatric outpatient clinic in Shenzhen hospital of children with asthma remission of lung spleen deficiency syndrome,according to the figures were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group(38 cases,control group 38 cases,the treatment process of the treatment group off 4 cases,1 case,the control fall off 4 cases,3 cases,64 cases with effective cases.The treatment group was given Yupingfeng powder and Ginseng Schisandra soup,while the control group was given fluticasone propionate inhalation aerosol inhalation for 3 months.To observe the C-ACT score of asthma,the frequency of upper and lower respiratory tract infection,TCM symptoms and lung function indexes of the patients before and after treatment,and systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yupingfeng powder and Ginseng Schisandra soup in the treatment of children with asthma remission stage lung spleen-deficiency syndrome.Results:1.A total of 64 children with asthma were enrolled in this study,including 63 children aged 72 to 120 months and 1 child aged 120 to 144 months.There were 39 male children and 25 female children,with a male-to-female ratio of 1.56:1.The mean age of the treatment group was 91.27 months and the mean course of disease was 31.37 months.There were 19 male children and 14 female children,with a male-to-female ratio of 1.36:1.The control group had an average age of 91.61 months and an average course of disease of 29.31 months,including 20 male and 11 female children,with a male-to-female ratio of 1.82:1.2.In terms of c-act scores of asthma,there was no significant difference between the two groups compared before treatment(P<0.05),and no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).3.In terms of respiratory tract infection,Yupingfeng powder and Ginseng Schisandra soup can effectively prevent upper and lower respiratory tract infection in children with asthma in remission stage.Compared with before treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),which can improve the constitution of lung and spleen deficiency in children.After treatment,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups had similar efficacy in preventing respiratory tract infection.4.In terms of TCM symptoms,Yupingfeng powder and Ginseng Schisandra soup can significantly improve the symptoms of nasal congestion,sneezing,mental fatigue,appetite and stools in children with asthma in remission stage,and there were significant differences between the two groups compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.In terms of the total curative effect of TCM syndromes,there were 33 cases in the treatment group,among which 0 cases(0.0%)were clinically controlled,4 cases(12.12%)were effective,24 cases(72.73%)were effective,and 5 cases(15.16%)were ineffective.The total number of effective cases was 28 cases(84.85%).In the control group,there were 31 cases,including 0 clinical control cases(0.0%),0 obvious effect cases(0.0%),22 effective cases(70.97%),and 9 ineffective cases(29.03%).The total effective rate was 22 cases(70.97%),and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome integration in the control group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).6.In terms of lung function,Yupingfeng powder and Ginseng Schisandra soup can improve the lung function of children with asthma in remission stage(FEV1).Compared with before treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and the efficacy of the two groups was similar.Conclusion:Yupingfeng powder and Ginseng Schisandra soup can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of deficiency of lung and spleen in children with asthma and improve lung function. |
