Retrospective Analysis Of Xianqi Dihuang Decoction In Treating Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3-4

ObjectiveThis study retrospectively analyzed the clinical efficacy of Xianqi Dihuang Decoction in patients with chronic renal disease(CKD)stage 3-4,and summarized the theoretical basis and experience of Xianqi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.MethodsIn this study,62 patients with spleen and kidney qi deficiency who met the standard CKD3-4 stage were included,and the changes in laboratory indicators and clinical symptoms of patients treated with Xianqi Dihuang Decoction based on Western medicine were observed.The course of treatment is more than 1 year.The blood creatinine,glomerular filtration rate,urea nitrogen,uric acid,blood lipids,TCM syndromes of patients before treatment,6 months after treatment,and 12 months after treatment are collected.,The results are obtained through statistical analysis.Results1.Compared with before treatment,the renal function of 62 patients with CKD3-4 stage showed a slow recovery after treatment.The differences in blood creatinine,eGFR,and urea nitrogen before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Regression slope b/value of the inverse(1/SCr)and treatment time(0.00004548)>0.2.The overall effective rate of disease in patients with stage CKD3 was 81.1%.Compared with before treatment,blood creatinine,urea nitrogen,blood uric acid,total cholesterol,LDL-C,and TCM symptom scores were reduced after 6 months of treatment and 1 year of treatment.Statistical significance(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,eGFR increased in patients with stage CKD3 after 6 months of treatment and 1 year after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).3.The overall effective rate of disease in patients with stage CKD4 was 80%.Compared with before treatment,eGFR,total cholesterol,LDL-C,urea nitrogen,and TCM symptom score decreased after 6 months of treatment and 1 year of treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05):After 1 year of treatment,creatinine in patients with stage CKD4 increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.There was no significant difference in the levels of triglyceride,HDL-C,GLU,urinary protein,TCO2,and AST in patients with stage CKD3 and 4 before treatment,6 months of treatment,and 1 year after treatment(P>0.05).ConclusionXianqi Dihuang Decoction can significantly improve the renal function of patients with CKD 3-4 stage.After treatment,the patient’s renal function shows a slow recovery trend.After treatment,the patient’s blood creatinine,total cholesterol,urea nitrogen,and TCM syndrome points can be significantly reduced.After treatment,CKD3 patients with serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,total cholesterol,uric acid,LDL-C,TCM symptom scores decreased,eGFR increased.CKD4 patients with TCM symptom scores and urea nitrogen decreased,and clinical symptoms improved.Xianqi Dihuang Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,the total clinical effective rate is 80.1%,can delay the progress of renal function,and has obvious therapeutic effect in chronic kidney disease.
