Research background and purposeAs one of the characteristic health preservation methods of Taoism,the health preservation and health care effect of Fuqibigu has been paid close attention to since ancient times.Based on the theoretical analysis and induction of the mechanism and effect of Fuqibigu,118 volunteers were recruited to observe Fuqibigu for 7 days in order to explore the health care effect of Fuqibigu,and at the same time,it is high incidence of modern people such as high body quality,high blood pressure,high blood sugar and high blood fat The development and application of green therapy of "rich and noble disease" provide new basis and ideas.Methods1.Literature searchRefer to ancient books on health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine,Taoist works on health preservation and related literature and materials of taking Qi to open up Valley,study "comprehensive therapy of cutting off food","30 years of taking Qi to open up Valley" and other monographs,search for China HowNet,VIP Chinese science and technology journal database,Wanfang database,shuxiu academic search,PubMed,etc.,sort out the mechanism of taking Qi to open up Valley and the health care effect,so as to make the face of taking Qi to open up valley Bed application provides theoretical basis.2.Clinical observation118 volunteers aged 18-65 were selected by the society.They were divided into 13 periods and divided into 7 days.During the period,the data of body mass,blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipid were collected,and their subjective feelings were inquired and recorded.SPSS 25.0 and graphpad prism 8 were used for data processing and mapping.Results1.By sorting out and analyzing the collected relevant papers and works,this paper summarizes the characteristics of Taoist health preservation methods and the mechanism and application of serving Qi and opening up valley;2.Before and after the intervention,there were significant differences in body mass,body fat ratio,BMI,visceral fat index,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,blood glucose,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and measurement data(P<0.05);3.There was significant difference in triglyceride measurement data between before and after the intervention(P<0.05);ConclusionsThe health care effect of Fuqibigu has very important research value.It has obvious clinical effect on reducing body weight,body fat,visceral fat,blood pressure,blood sugar and triglyceride.Compared with traditional medicine treatment,it has less side effect on human body,but compared with common heat restriction therapy and flexible diet control therapy,it has unique Qigong method and movement The practice of static work is difficult to operate and needs to be conducted under the guidance of professionals.
