Research On The Training Status Of TCM Health Professionals Under The Background Of Health In China

Objective:By investigating the status quo of training of Chinese medicine professionals in colleges and universities that currently have established Chinese medicine health sciences and Chinese medicine health care majors,the existing problems are analyzed from the perspective of Chinese medicine education.Guidance and reference to provide talent protection for the realization of a healthy China strategy,thereby promoting the construction of a healthy China.Methods:This survey used the data search method,literature review method,questionnaire survey method,etc.to investigate the official websites of 9 colleges and universities,the teaching department and other teaching department websites,and related network platforms.Each of the 50 students majoring in health sciences conducted a questionnaire survey and analyzed the data.Results:Cultivation of professionals for TCM health care has the problems of small training scale,incomplete training objectives,incomplete matching of core curriculum and training objectives,too old teaching methods,and weak innovation and practical ability of students.Conclusion:According to the problems existing in the cultivation of professional talents for TCM health care,governments at all levels and various schools should work together.While the government continues to improve policies and laws,schools should also plan from a reasonableprofessional scale,strengthen the core curriculum,strengthen student cultivation Reform of awareness and other aspects,focusing on the study of students’traditional culture and the cultivation of Chinese medicine thinking.
