| Parkinson’s disease(PD)is the second most common neuropsychiatric disease in the world. It is accompanied by a variety of clinical symptoms of exercise and non-exercise,which seriously affects patients’ daily lives. The main cause of the disease is the loss of nigrostriatal cells in the brain. However, when the patient is in the early stage of the disease,it does not show too obvious clinical symptoms.Only in the middle and late stages of the disease will there be diagnostic evidence. The corresponding neurons in the patient’s brain have been lost more than 60%,and often have reached an irreparable place,so it is of great significance for the early diagnosis of PD.This article will firstly study the principle of PD disease based on the most significant posture characteristics of PD patients---bradykinesia,gait instability, try to explore the mechanism behind PD disease, and provide valuable information for the early diagnosis of PD.Clinical reference. We first performed brain area analysis on patients with PD associated with abnormal posture from the perspective of brain microconnection. The experimental results also proved that the gait dysfunction was significantly related to the decrease in the connection between the left guide lobe and the bilateral auxiliary motor area, and the right guide lobe and the bilateral midfrontal gyrus. It provided some biological data for future PD clinical research and treatment. In the future,Parkinson’s patients can clinically try to use invasive or non-invasive treatment methods from the bilateral auxiliary sports area and bilateral middle forehead. The results of this experiment also bring good news for patients with PD.These brain regions can also be used as indicators for early diagnosis of PD.Then summarize the shortcomings of the small amount of data and features in the above experiments, followed by a multi-modal fusion early diagnosis study of PD.Compared with the previous experiment, past experiments only two types of features: functional connection and structural connection, and a multi-modal fusion experiments are more convincing. Finally, through the comparison of single-modal experiments, the multi-modal fusion method has obtained good experimental results with accuracy rate = 86.26%,recall rate = 85.08%,and area under the ROC curve = 0.90.Through the method of feature selection, some biological markers that can specifically characterize the changes in the brain area of PD patients were selected from the side, which provided a very valuable reference for the early clinical diagnosis of PD and also provided a clinical basis for various treatments of PD patients.mark. |
