| Amblyopia in adults is a kind of eye disease caused by abnormal visual development,which is mainly manifested in the impairment of monocular or binocular visual function of the visual system,often caused by anisometropia,strabismus or form deprivation and other factors.At present,the incidence rate of amblyopia in China is3%~4%.Amblyopia not only seriously affects the learning,work and life of patients,but also brings greater psychological pressure and financial burden to patients.The treatment of amblyopia is a process that requires patients to persist in training for a long time.It was found that because the adult amblyopia patients exceeded the sensitive period of visual development,the effect of the conventional treatment of occlusion was poor.In recent years,psychophysical research has found that the training and learning tasks based on visual perceptual learning can improve the visual function of adult amblyopia patients to a certain extent,which provides a theoretical and practical basis for the treatment of adult amblyopia patients.Through the analysis of the current situation of adult amblyopia training,we find that there are four deficiencies as follows:firstly,the training methods based on Gabor stimulus are lack of diversity,the training content is relatively single,and can not carry out multiple amblyopia indicators training in a system;secondly,the training program is relatively fixed,the training parameters of patients in the training process can not be adjusted according to the actual training situation of patients.the change of training difficulty is mainly based on the current training records,and there is lack of analysis for the phased training record data;thirdly,the convenience of the training system and the flexibility of training time selection is poor,the training is mainly concentrated in the hospital,the lack of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment mechanism increases the burden of the hospital and patients;fourthly,the training system lacks the collection and analysis of the patient’s training record data,the lack of evaluation mechanism for the patient’s training effect in the current system,which is not conducive to the personalized adjustment of the patient’s training program.In conclusion,to enrich the content of amblyopia training,optimize the process of amblyopia training,and provide the previous application for adult amblyopia treatment has become the focus of this paper.In this paper,a amblyopia training system based on Gabor stimulus is designed and developed according to the principles of perceptual learning and amblyopia treatment.The system enriches the methods of amblyopia training,collects the recorded data in the training process,provides data support for the evaluation model of amblyopia training effect,and serves as the previous link in amblyopia classification diagnosis and treatment.The specific work is as follows:Firstly,the demand analysis of amblyopia training system and the design of Gabor stimulus training content.The principle of perceptual learning is analyzed,and the effect of perceptual learning task on adult amblyopia training is studied.Aiming at the problem that the training content of amblyopia is single and it is impossible to train multiple amblyopia indexes in one system,three kinds of training contents are designed:orientation threshold,contrast sensitivity and position sensitivity,and a relatively perfect method of amblyopia training is put forward.Secondly,amblyopia training system Gabor vision mark training difficulty and parameter real-time adjustment method.According to the characteristics of real-time adjustment and stage adjustment in amblyopia training process,the step method and the parameter adjustment method based on accuracy threshold are designed respectively.By dividing the parameter adjustment into two stages,this paper explores the influence of the parameter adjustment on the amblyopia training effect in the amblyopia training process.Thirdly,design and implementation of adult amblyopia grading training and diagnosis and treatment system.The overall framework of amblyopia training system is designed.The whole amblyopia training system is divided into two subsystems: training and training data collection and training data background management.The structure design and development of the two subsystems are described in detail.Finally,the application test under the experimental environment is carried out to meet the design requirements and application requirements of the hospital.Fourthly,the evaluation model of adult amblyopia training effect.a model of amblyopia training effect evaluation is proposed based on the patient’s historical training record data.Using the trained model,the training data of new users are input into the model to predict the training effect.Finally,the feasibility and accuracy of the model are demonstrated through the comparative experiments of different models,and the optimal parameters are set for the prediction model according to the experimental results. |
