Clinical Observation Of Jiaji Electroacupuncture Combined With Plum Blossom Needle In The Treatment Of Lateral Femoral Cutaneous Neuritis

OBJECTIVE:By observing the clinical effect of Jiaji electroacupuncture combined with plum blossom needle in the treatment of lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis,we can find a more safe and effective treatment method,and provide a new idea for clinical treatment of this disease.METHODS:78 patients with lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,39 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jiaji electroacupuncture combined with plum blossom needle,while the control group was only treated with plum blossom needle.The therapeutic effect was evaluated by VAS,lesion area and clinical efficacy,and the research data were statistically analyzed.RESULT:1.There was significant difference in VAS score of Intra group comparison between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,there was statistical significance between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.There was significant difference in lesion area of Intra group comparison between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,there was statistical significance between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.The total effective rate was 89.74 in the tr%eatment group and 74.35% in the control group.There was statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group.CONCLUSION:1.Jiaji electroacupuncture combined with plum blossom needle and single plum blossom needle can reduce the VAS score and the area of sensory abnormality.2.The therapeutic effect of Jiaji electroacupuncture combined with plum blossom needle is better than that of single plum blossom needle.
