Objective:To investigate the correlation between preoperative serum CRP,blood lipid and tumor markers and pathological stage and prognosis of colorectal cancer patients. Methods:Through retrospective analysis of clinical data of 601 patients with colorectal cancer who had undergone successful surgery from January 1,2010 to December 31,2017,and were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College,of which 361 were male and 240 were Female, aged 25 to 92 years(64.27±12.53)years old,BMI:13.04~32.05 kg/m~2,371 cases of colon cancer,230cases of rectal cancer,19 cases of tumors with low differentiation,508 cases with moderate differentiation,74 with high differentiation There were 9 cases in T1 stage,50 cases in T2 stage,110 cases in T3 stage,432 cases in T4 stage,380 cases in N0stage,165 cases in N1 stage,56 cases in N2 stage,380 cases in M0 stage, and 165cases in M1 stage. To compare and analyze the relationship between preoperative serum CRP,TG,TC,CEA and CA199 with the pathological stage and prognosis of colorectal cancer. Finally, the data obtained was statistically analyzed using SPSS22.0 software.Results:1.The CEA level in patients’serum was positively correlated with the TNM stage of the tumor(P<0.05).2.Preoperative CEA level was negatively correlated with prognosis(P<0.05),and TC level was positively correlated with prognosis(P<0.05).3.If CRP,TG,and TC are normal and CA199 or CEA is abnormal, the prognosis of the patient is poor(P<0.05).4.If TG or TC and CRP are normal, but CA199 or CEA is abnormal, the prognosis of the patient is poor(P<0.05).5.In colorectal cancer, the sensitivity and accuracy of the three diagnosis are higher than the combination of the two and the single level, and the detection of the combination of CRP,TG and CA199 is higher. Conclusion:The preoperative serum CEA level is related to the pathological stage of the tumor, and the CEA level has a negative correlation with the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients. The combination of CRP,TG,TC and CEA,CA199 is used to diagnose colorectal cancer and disease. It has a certain clinical guiding role in the evaluation of severity.
