Study On Evaluation Index System Of Healthy Village In Hainan Province

Objective: To study and formulate a healthy village evaluation index system which is suitable for Hainan’s development,to provide scientific guidance and evaluation basis for the construction of healthy villages in Hainan Province,and to help promote the construction of healthy Hainan.Methods:Literature research,policy review,on-site investigation and semi-structured interviews methods were used to determine the connotation,characteristics and a preliminary evaluation index pool of Hainan Healthy Village evaluation index system;after two rounds of expert consultation,indicators were further determined;finally by the analytic hierarchy process,and adopts the group decision-making method and gives corresponding weights to the indicators at all levels to form a scientific and well-structured evaluation index system for healthy villages in Hainan Province.Results: After two rounds of expert consultations,a three-tier structure and seven dimensions of the Hainan Province Healthy Village Evaluation Index System were constructed,of which seven dimensions involved the current health village’s organizational management,healthy environment,healthy society,health services,and healthy people,health culture and construction satisfaction and other key construction areas,the first-level indicators,second-level indicators and third-level indicators were 7,33 and 62 respectively.The enthusiasm of two rounds of experts are more than 80%,and the experts who made written amendments accounted for46.7% and 26.7%,indicating that the experts have a higher enthusiasm for research,at the same time the attention and support of experts are relatively high;the expert authority coefficient is 0.851,the P value of the significance test of the coordination coefficient is less than 0.05.After the first round of expert consultation,all indicators were adjusted according to the statistical results and written opinions.A total of 3indicators were deleted,5 indicators were adjusted,and 2 new indicators were added.The results of the second round of consultations showed that the opinions of the experts tended to be consistent,and basically agreed on the indicator framework and the content of the indicators,and the indicators were not deleted.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each level of indicators.The higher weight of the first-level indicators is organizational management(0.1679).Healthy environment(0.1687)and health services(0.1463)are directly related to the living conditions of rural residents.The corresponding three-level The index weight is also higher.The consistency ratio of the analytic hierarchy process judgment matrix is less than 0.1000,and the result has high credibility.Conclusion: Based on multiple research methods,the comprehensive evaluation index system for health villages in Hainan Province was built.The results show that it is more scientific and operable,each index has a corresponding weight,and the hierarchical level is also high.The evaluation and assessment of Healthy Village has made active explorations,laying the foundation for the next step of promotion and application.
