Relationship Between The Expressions Of Nerve Fiber And Nerve Growth Factor With The Grade Of Inflammation And Clinical Symptoms In Cystitis Glandularious Patients

Objective:To investigate the localizations of protein gene product9.5 positive nerve fibers(PGP9.5)and nerve growth factor(NGF)in patients with cystitis glandularious(CG),to explore the significance of their abnormal distribution;to detect the relationship among the grade of inflammation,PGP9.5 and NGF,clinical symptoms in patients with CG,in order to understand the role of the interaction between immunization and neurons in the pathogenesis of CG.Methods:34 patients with CG had completed questionnaires of urinary frequency scores,urgency scores and VAS pain scores,and 9 normal bladder tissues as control..Bladder biopsy specimens underwent HE staining and detecting the grade of inflammation,and the expression of PGP9.5 and NGF detected by immunohistochemical staining.SPSS 22.0 software packages was used to analysis all data.Two-tailed test with P<0.05 were considered significance.Result:1.The expression of PGP9.5 positive nerve fiber and nerve growth factor in bladder tissue of high-risk group and low-risk group was statistically significant compared with that of control group(P< 0.05);the expression of NGF in bladder tissue of high-risk group was significantly higher than that of low-risk group(P <0.05),and the expression of PGP9.5 in bladder tissue,there was statistically significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05);2.There was statistically significant difference among mild inflammation group,moderate inflammation group and severe inflammation group(P<0.05),The higher grade of inflammation in CG bladder tissues was related to the higher expression of PGP9.5 and NGF.3.The urinary frequency score,urgency score and VAS pain score of CG patients in mild inflammation group,moderate inflammation group and severe inflammation group were statistically significant(P < 0.05),and positively correlated with the inflammation grade(r = 0.703,0.745,0.691 respectively,P < 0.05).Conclusion:The expression of PGP9.5 and NGF in bladder tissue of patients with CG is higher than that of normal bladder tissue;The higher the grade of inflammation in bladder tissue of patients with CG,the higher the expression of PGP9.5and NGF,and the score of symptoms such as urinary frequency,urgency,VAS pain is positively correlated with the grade of inflammation in bladder tissue,these results suggest that the interaction between immunization and neurons may be an important pathogenesis of CG.
