The Clinical Observation Of Huaxian Jieyu Decoction For The Treatment Of Hepatitis B Liver Fibrosis With Depression(Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis)

Objective:to observe the clinical efficacy of Huaxian jieyu decoction in the treatment of hepatitis b liver fibrosis with depression,to provide a clinical basis for the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hepatitis b liver fibrosis,and to provide a more safe and effective treatment strategy for hepatitis b liver fibrosis patients.Methods:80 patients with hepatitis b liver fibrosis with depression who met the inclusion criteria and were treated in the department of hepatobiliary,spleen and stomach of henan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from October,2017 to November,2018 were observed.Patients in the treatment group were given Huaxian jieyu decoction.All herbs were purchased from henan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,decocting machine decoction,two times a day,each time 200ml,the course of treatment is 12 weeks.The control group was treated with Biejiajian pill,twice a day,3g once.The course of treatment is 12 weeks.Results:1 The comprehensive curative effect:After treatment,the total effective rate of the Huaxian jieyu decoction group was 89.6%,and it was 64.9%in control patients.After rank-sum test,Z=-2.52,P=0.012<0.05,showing a difference,indicating that the clinical effect of Huaxian jieyu decoction in the treatment of hepatitis b liver fibrosis(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)with depression was better than Biejiajian pill.2 TCM symptoms curative effect:after treatment,the symptoms integral effect of the total effective rate was 91.4%in treatment group,it was 70.3%in Biejiajian pill group,two groups of symptoms integral test,P=0.024<0.05.In contract,it was statistically significant,that Huaxian jieyu decoction treatment for hepatitis b liver fibrosis(qi and blood stasis type)with depression in the aspect of TCM syndrome is better than that of Biejiajian pill.3 Liver function comparison:both groups can reduce transaminase.Before the treatment,Huanxian jieyu decoction group resolve depression soup in ALT,AST,compared with control group,P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference,after treatment,Huanxian jieyu decoction group resolve depression soup in ALT,AST,compared with the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting chemical fiber resolve depression soup treatment of hepatitis b liver fibrosis(qi and blood stasis type)with depression in improving liver function is better than that of turtle shell decoct pill.4.Comparison of color doppler ultrasound:after treatment,the width of portal vein,the width of splenic vein and the thickness of spleen were improved in the Huanxian jieyu decoction group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both groups could improve the color doppler ultrasound index.Improvements in the treatment group in the width of portal vein,spleen thick compared with control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,the treatment group in the width of spleen vein and turtle shell compared Biejiajian pill group,P>0.05,prompt chemical fiber resolve depression soup treatment for hepatitis b liver fibrosis(qi and blood stasis type)with depression in improving the width of portal vein,spleen thickness is better than that of turtle shell decoct pill.5 Comparison of liver elasticity test:LSM indexes in the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment,indicating that both drugs could significantly reduce LSM indexes in patients.The improvement of LSM in the treatment group was statistically significant compared with that in the control group.It is suggested that Huaxian jieyu decoction in the treatment of hepatitis b liver fibrosis(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)with depression is better than Biejiajian pill in reducing LSM.6 SDS evaluation and comparison P<0.05 was found in both groups before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both herbs could significantly improve depression.Compared with the control group,the treatment group showed P<0.05,which was statistical different,suggesting the treatment of Huaxian jieyu decoction in hepatitis b liver fibrosis(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)accompanied by depression was better than Biejiajian pill in improving the mood.7 Comparison of quality of life scores:After treatment,there was difference in the improvement of BP,RE,MH between the treatment group and the control group,P<0.05;In the improvement of PF,RP,GH,VT,SF,P>0.05,showed no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:Huaxian jieyu decoction is effective for the treatment of hepatitis b liver fibrosis(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)with depression,which has significant effect in improving clinical symptoms.It is reliable and safe,and is worthy of being applied in clinical practice.
