Professor Liu Aimin’s Clinical Experience In Treating Chronic Urticaria From The Perspective Of Wind

Objective: 1.To explore Professor Liu Aimin’s clinical experience in treating chronic urticaria from the perspective of wind pathogens.2.To explore the rule of Professor Liu Aimin in treating chronic urticaria.Research methods:1.By collecting the research results,works,academic papers and cured cases of chronic urticaria from the tutor,combining with the personal experience of the tutor,through the research and analysis of the relevant clinical cases,the clinical experience of Professor Liu Aimin in treating chronic urticaria from the perspective of wind pathogens was discussed,and the treatment principles and methods were put forward to improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic urticaria;2.Using Microsoft Excel 2017 software,50 cases of chronic urticaria and 194 prescriptions were recorded in the database.SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data,and the frequency,frequency and sex and taste attribution of drugs were counted;Result: This topic is divided into three parts.1.Professor Liu Aimin’s theoretical discussion on the treatment of chronic urticaria from wind includes six parts: the definition and evolution of the name of chronic urticaria,the understanding of ancient and modern physicians about chronic urticaria,Professor Liu Aimin’s understanding of chronic urticaria,syndrome differentiation and treatment,clinical symptoms and medication characteristics.2."Drug Law Research" has sorted out 50 cases of cured medical records,a total of194 prescriptions,involving 92 kinds of drugs and 36 kinds of commonly used drugs;the main flavor of drugs is bitter,bitter and sweet,with the frequency of occurrence being 22,18 and 17 times respectively;the highest frequency of medicinal properties is temperature,up to 11 times;the main meridian tropism aspect is lung,spleen and liver,with the frequency being 21,21 and 20 times respectively;3.The "Typical Examination" records six typical cases and understands Professor Liu Aimin’s dialectical thinking and medication experience.Conclusion:1.Professor Liu Aimin believes that the occurrence of the disease is closely related to wind,either because of external wind,or because of internal wind,or because of the combination of internal wind and external wind.Among them,the external wind is mostly due to the existence of "dampness","deficiency" and "discord between Ying and Wei".The internal wind is mostly rooted in the imbalance of human qi,blood,Yin and yang,and viscera functions.2.Differentiation and typing of chronic urticaria from the point of view of wind pathogen.There are four types of chronic urticaria: Weihe syndrome,rheumatic heat accumulation syndrome,blood deficiency Wind Love syndrome and liver vigorous wind movement syndrome.Each type also has corresponding concurrent syndromes.3.Statistics show that Professor Liu Aimin commonly used 36 kinds of medicines,most of which are bitter,bitter and sweet,which conform to the principle of pathogenic medication of wind pathogens,use warm medicines to protect Yang Qi,drug attribution of liver,spleen and lung meridians drugs,followed by heart,stomach and kidney meridians drugs,consistent with Professor Liu’s understanding of chronic urticaria.
