Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Waixi Zhixue Decoction On Wound Surface After Mixed Hemorrhoids Operation

Objective: Current patients with moderate or severe mixed hemorrhoids often choose surgery as their treatment method,external incision and internal ligation of mixed hemorrhoids are often chosen as the operation method,the complications caused by perianal wounds are very troublesome to the patients and the patients,therefore,it is extremely urgent to explore an effective treatment method to reduce the complications after operation,this study gives full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and creates Waixi Zhixue Decoction,to observe its clinical efficacy in solving common complications such as bleeding,pain,edema and long time of wound healing,and to confirm its effectiveness,safety and scientificity.Methods: 60 cases of mixed hemorrhoids were observed and selected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Henan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from May 2018 to January 2019,the patients who met the inclusion criteria and agreed to accept the study were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group,the treatment group was given Waixi Zhixue Decoction on the basis of routine treatment,and the control group was treated with Kushen Decoction on the basis of routine treatment,the hemorrhage score、wound edema score and pain score were given on the 2nd,5th,7th and 10 th day after operation respectively,after discharge,the healing time of wound was observed and the related indexes were statistically processed to judge the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease and condition between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).(2)Hemorrhage score comparison: By repeated measurementanalysis of variance,we can see that with the change of time,the bleeding score has changed correspondingly,there is no interaction between the time factor and the group factor,there is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the group factor,and there was no significant difference in scores between the treatment group and the control group on the second day,there were significant differences in scores between the fifth day,the seventh day and the tenth day;Pain score comparison:Using repeated measurement variance analysis,we can see that with the change of time,the pain score has changed correspondingly,there is interaction between time factor and group factor,simple effect analysis shows that the pain score of the treatment group has changed significantly at other time points except between the 5th day and the 7th day,and the pain score of the control group was no significant change between the second day,the fifth day and the seventh day,there was a significant change in the scores of symptoms on the tenth day,there were differences between the treatment group and the control group in terms of group factors,there was no significant difference in the scores before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores on the second day between the treatment group and the control group,there was a difference in the scores on the fifth day,the seventh day and the tenth day between the treatment group and the control group;Edema score comparison:Using repeated measurement variance analysis,we can see that with the change of time,the score of edema has changed correspondingly,there is no interaction between time factors and group factors,there is significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in group factors,and there is no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the score on the second day,there is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the score on the fifth,seventh and tenth day.Comparison of wound healing time: The average healing time of the treatment group was 24.9±2.95 days,and that of the control group was28.4±3.65 days,the treatment group was better than the control group in shortening the wound healing time.(3)Observation on the total effective rate of hemostasis: On the 10 th day,compared with the data,the marked effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,the marked effective rateof the control group was 46.67%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was83.33%,so the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(4)Safety evaluation: No serious adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group and the control group during the treatment period,and the vital signs were stable.Conclusion: Through clinical research,it is found that the effect of Waixi Zhixue Decoction is better than that of the control group in preventing and treating wound bleeding,pain,edema and shortening wound healing time after hemorrhoids operation,and it has no serious toxic and side effects,it can be popularized and used in clinic.
