Objective:To observe the clinical effect of compound xiazhizhongtong decoction on pain,edema,bleeding and wound healing after operation of circular mixed hemorrhoids injection under dampness-heat.Methods:Seventy patients meeting the selection criteria were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table.Both groups were treated with selective hemorrhoid mucosal resection and nuptiation + internal hemorrhoid ligation +external hemorrhoidectomy under general anesthesia + local anesthesia.The treatment group was treated with compound Zhizhongtong decoction and the control group was treated with potassium permanganate solution.The wound pain,anal edema and bleeding of patients in the two groups on the first day after surgery before treatment,the third day after surgery,the seventh day after surgery,and the 14 th day after surgery were scored.The wound healing on the 14 th day after surgery was observed and the wound healing rate was calculated.Finally,the wound healing time of the two groups was recorded.The symptom scores were recorded in the table,and Spss21.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:1.General situation: a total of 4 cases were shed or excluded during the study period,and eventually 66 cases met the criteria(33 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group).There were no statistically significant differences in age,gender,course of disease,original wound area and pre-treatment conditions between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups were comparable.2.Wound pain: there was no significant difference in wound pain between the two groups before treatment and on the 14 th day after surgery(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in wound pain between the two groups before treatment and on the14 th day after surgery.The comparison of wound pain between the two groups on the 3rd and7 th day after surgery showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in reducing wound pain.3.Anal edema: there was no significant difference in the situation of anal edema between the two groups before treatment and on the 14 th day after surgery(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the situation of anal edema between the two groups before treatment and on the 14 th day after surgery.The difference of wound pain between the two groups on the 3rd and 7th day after surgery was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in alleviating anal edema.4.Bleeding: there was no significant difference in the bleeding situation before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the bleeding situation before treatment between the two groups.The comparison of bleeding situation between the two groups on the 3rd,7th and 14 th days after surgery showed statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving bleeding.5.Wound healing: there was a statistically significant difference in the wound healing rate between the two groups on the 14 th day after surgery(P<0.05).The wound healing rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,indicating that the wound healing rate of the treatment group was significantly faster than that of the control group.The difference in postoperative wound healing time between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average healing time of the treatment group was 14.24±1.17 days,while that of the control group was 17.61±1.82 days,indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in promoting wound healing.6.Overall efficacy: There was statistically significant difference in overall efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.9%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 75.8%,indicating that the overall efficacy of the treatment group in improving postoperative complications of circular mixed hemorrhoids was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Compound Zhizhongtong Decoction can effectively relieve postoperative wound pain,anal edema and bleeding symptoms of patients with circular mixed hemorrhoids injected under dampness and heat,promote wound healing and relieve pain of patients.No obvious adverse reactions occurred during the medication process,and it has good safety and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
