| Objective:By comparing with the diluted potassium permanganate liquid,observe the curative effect of Shengji Baidu Decoction on the healing period of wound surface after operation of low perianal abscess with hot toxicity,so as to explore its clinical application value.Methods:From April 2018 to January 2019,60 patients who were hospitalized in Anorectal Department of Henan Province Hospital of TCM were diagnosed as low perianal abscess with hot toxicity and treated with incision and drainage of low perianal abscess.According to the random number table method,sixty hospitalized patients who met the requirements were divided into 30 cases in the treatment group treated by Shengji Baidu Decoction and 30 cases in the control group treated by 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution.Two groups of patients began to take sitz bath on the second day after operation.On the 8th,15 th and 22 nd day after perianal abscess operation,the patients in the treatment group and the control group were observed and recorded in terms of pain,wound exudation,granulation tissue status,wound depth and wound healing rate.Combined with the healing time of patients,the data were statistically processed by SPSS22.0 and their significance was analyzed.Results:(1)Compared with the pain score,the degree of pain in the treatment group and the control group fluctuated significantly with time(P<0.05);there was interaction between time factors and group factors(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the pain score between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the rest of the time(P<0.05),and all the time in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),and there were also significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group at the same time point on the 8th and 15 th day after anal carbuncle operation,the treatment group was superior to thecontrol group in relieving pain(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference on the 22 nd day after anal carbuncle operation(P>0.05).(2)Compared with the wound exudation score,the wound exudation score of the treatment group and the control group fluctuated significantly with time(P<0.05);there was interaction between time factors and group factors(P<0.05).There were differences between the treatment group and the control group at all times(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the 2nd and 8th day after operation(P>0.05),and the rest of the time.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),and there were also significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group at the same time point on the 8th,15 th and 22 th day after operation,the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing wound exudation(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the score of granulation tissue state,the score of granulation tissue state in treatment group and control group fluctuated significantly with time(P<0.05);there was interaction between time factor and group factor(P<0.05).There were differences between treatment group and control group at all times(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between control group and control group except on the 2nd and 8th day after operation(P> 0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05),and there were also significant differences in granulation tissue status score between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group at the same time point on the 8th,15 th and22th day after operation,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the control group,the wound depth of the treatment group and the control group fluctuated significantly with time(P<0.05);there was interaction between time factors and group factors(P<0.05),and there were differences between the treatment group and the control group at all time points(P<0.05);there were also significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group at the same time point on the 8th,15 th and 22 th day after operation,the treatment group was better than the control group(P< 0.05),indicating that the treatment group could make the wound depth shallower.(5)Compared with the wound healing rate,the wound healing rate of the treatment group and the control group fluctuated significantly with time(P<0.05);there was interaction between time factors and group factors(P<0.05),and there were differences between the treatment group and the control group at all time points(P<0.05);there were also significant differences between groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group at the sametime point on the 8th,15 th and 22 th day after operation,the treatment group could improve the wound healing rate(P<0.05).(6)Compared with the control group,the treatment group was able to shorten the wound healing time(P<0.05).(7)On the22 nd day after surgery,the total number of patients in the treatment group was cured,markedly effective and effective in 1 case,22 cases and 7 cases,respectively,no invalid cases were found;the number of markedly effective and effective cases in the control group were 15 cases each,and no cure and ineffective cases were found.The total effective rate of the two groups was 100%.Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group on the 22 nd day after operation was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengji Baidu Decoction can reduce the pain of patients,reduce the exudate and secretion of sore surface,accelerate the growth of granulation tissue,shorten the healing time of sore surface and promote the recovery of disease.Its operation is simple in application,no obvious adverse reactions and has clinical promotion significance. |
