| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Pig’s trotters Decoction lotion on wound healing after operation for patients with low perianal abscess of fiery type.Methods: Sixty patients with burning low perianal abscess who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into The Pig’s trotters decoction lotion group and The Kangfuxin liquid group with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received the same routine treatment before and after operation.On this basis,The Pig’s trotters decoction lotion group was given Pig’s trotters Decoction lotion to wash the wound before dressing change,and the Kangfuxin liquid group was given Kangfuxin liquid to wash the wound.The course of 21 days was compared.The wound pain,exudates and granulation tissue growth were observed and recorded on the 3rd,7th,14 th and 21 th day after operation,and According to the two groups of patients,each observation index was recorded and scored,and then the results of the two groups were statistically analyzed..Results: There were no cases of abscission in the 60 patients collected.Before the treatment,there were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,wound condition after operation between the two groups(P >0.05),which was comparable.The results are as follows:(1)Wound pain situation: The Pig’s trotters decoction lotion group and the Kangfuxin liquid group before and after treatment,both P < 0.05,with statistical significance;the third day,the seventh day,compared with the Kangfuxin liquid group,P < 0.05,with statistical significance;the fourteenth day,the twenty-first day,compared with theKangfuxin liquid group,P > 0.05,with no statistical significance.(2)Wound exudates: There was a significant difference between the Pig’s trotters decoction lotion group and the Kangfuxin liquid group before and after treatment(P <0.05);on the 3rd and 7th day after operation,there was a significant difference compared with the control group(P < 0.05);on the 14 th and 21 st day after operation,there was no significant difference compared with the Kangfuxin liquid group(P > 0.05).(3)The growth of granulation tissue: There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).On the 7th and 14 th day,there was significant difference between the Pig’s trotters decoction lotion group and the Kangfuxin liquid group(P < 0.05).On day 3 and 21,there was no significant difference between the Pig’s trotters decoction lotion group and the Kangfuxin liquid group(P > 0.05).(4)Wound healing time: The average healing time of the Pig’s trotters decoction lotion group and the Kangfuxin liquid group were(28.03±2.339)days and(30.45 ±3.716)days,respectively.By rank sum test Z=-2.659,P =0.008,P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(5)Overall curative effect comparison: the two groups of patients after 21 days of treatment clinical efficacy comparison,the Pig’s trotters decoction lotion group of 30 patients,2 cases recovered,26 cases markedly effective,2 cases effective,the overall effective rate of 100%;In the Kangfuxin liquid group,30 cases were cured,22 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,the overall effective rate was 100%.Compared with the two groups,Z=-2.381,P =0.017,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Two months after the operation,the wounds of both groups were healed.The wound healing rate was 100%.The epithelium was completely covered.Conclusion : 1.Pig’s trotters Decoction lotion can effectively alleviate the postoperative complications,significantly reduce the pain of the wound after the operation of perianal abscess,reduce the wound exudates,promote the growth of wound granulation tissue,shorten the healing cycle of the wound,thereby improving the quality of life of patients,conducive to early rehabilitation of patients.2.Pig’s trotters Decoction lotion has no adverse drug reactions in clinical treatment observation,and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic. |
