The Clinical Observation Of Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Decoction On The Treatment Of Idiopathic Rapid Eye Movement Sleep Behavior Disorder With Liver Depression And Fire

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction in treating idiopathic rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder with liver depression and fire syndrome.Methods:Seventy patients with iRBD of liver depression and fire syndrome syndrome were selected from the outpatient and inpatient departments of Encephalopathy Department of Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2018 to December 2018.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given lonazepam tablets,while the treatment group was given Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction on the basis of the control group for 30 days.The REM sleep behavior disorder screening questionnaire(RBDSQ)and TCM symptom score were used to analyze the data before treatment and 30 days after treatment.The clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated by statistical software.Results:(1)Therapeutic effect analysis of TCM syndromes: the effective rate of treatment group was 90%,and that of control group was 56.67%.The effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(p < 0.05).(2)Comparisons of TCM symptoms scores: the comparison between the two groups indicated that both groups decreased compared with before treatment(p < 0.05);the comparison between the two groups indicated that the treatment group decreased significantly(p < 0.05).(3)RBDSQ score: The RBDSQ score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment(p < 0.05);the comparison between the two groups indicated that the decrease of the treatment group was more significant(p < 0.05).(4)Dream-related factors(Q1+Q2+Q8)score: Dreamrelated factors(Q1+Q2+Q8)score showed a decrease in both groups compared with before treatment(p<0.05);comparison between groups indicated a more significant decrease in the treatment group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Decoction combined with clonazepam tablets has a significant effect on iRBD with liver depression and fire syndrome,especially in abnormal dreams and TCM symptoms,which is better than that of clonazepam tablets alone.
