Inheritance Assistant Platform(V2.5 edition),to data preprocessing,entry and check to establish medical record database.Based on data mining,the medication rules of various syndromes menopausal Combinations.ResultsThe first part of the subject: Collect 43 cases of current clinical certification(Including 18 cases of menstrual diseases,2 cases of hypodermic disease,12 cases of pregnancy disease,3 cases of Postpartum diseases,8 cases of gynecological miscellaneous diseases),36 the Current Prescriptions involved,22 sources of prescriptions.The second part of the subject:(1)Statistical analysis of 300 patients,the youngest 40 years old,the oldest 55 years old,the average age of 47.50±4.76 years old,45～50 years old,a total of 166 cases,accounting for 55.33% of all patients.(2)331 outpatient prescriptions were collected,a total of 170 traditional Chinese medicine were involved,the total frequency of use was 4454,thirty-two kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were used more than 50 times,accounting for 18.82% of all kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,71.98% of all Chinese herbal medicines were used frequently.(3)The top 20 Chinese medicines are Paeonia lactiflora,Lycium barbarum,Angelica sinensis,Astragalus membranaceus,Cuscuta chinensis,Dry lotus grass,roasted licorice,fried Atractylodes macrocephala,Chuanxiong,Rehmannia rehmanniae,Achyranthes bidentata,Xiangfu,Date,Cornus officinalis,Ligustrum lucidum,Epimedium,Deer horn Cream,Morinda Officinalis,Purple quartz and Ginger;The first 20 kinds of medicines include tonifying deficiency drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,regulating qi drugs,astringent drugs and antiepileptic drugs,drugs for tonifying deficiency are mainly used,75.00% of the top 20 drugs.(4)Further analysis of the first 15 drugs for tonifying deficiency showed that:The usage frequency of Yang-tonifying drugs was 27.71%,Qi-tonifying drugs 26.34%,blood-tonifying drugs 24.45% and Yin-tonifying drugs 21.50%.(5)Statistics on the frequency of meridian attribution of the nature and taste of traditional Chinese medicine.The frequency of using warm drugs was 47.78%,cold drugs 27.47% and plain drugs 24.12%;Sweet medicine accounted for 40.22% of the five flavors,bitter medicine 22.78% and bitter medicine 22.35%;The frequencies of liver meridian,spleen and stomach meridian,kidney meridian,heart meridian and lung meridian were 25.05%,23.98%,18.76%,11.86% and 10.87% respectively;the total frequency of liver,kidney and spleen(stomach)was 67.79%.(6)Analysis of Drug Use Patterns
