| In recent years, the prevalence of chronic diseases has remained high, which has greatly increased the market demand for medicines for chronic conditions, and which has brought pressure on the inventory management of medicines for chronic conditions for pharmaceutical logistics companies. This article is based on solving the problems in the management of chronic disease medicines in F enterprise, helping F enterprise sci entifically divide the inventory of medicines for chronic conditions, and make reasonable demand forecasts, formulate corresponding inventory control strategies, and strive to reduce medicines for chronic conditions inventory. The pressure of management and the increase of inventory turnover rate.First of all,the inventory classification of medicines for chronic conditions of F enterprise is carried out.Because the F enterprise only manages medicines for chronic conditions with many categories and a large number of unmarketable varieties according to the nature of the medicines,it fails to carry out scientific inventory classification, which makes its overall inventory structure chaotic.Based on the above reasons, this article first uses the ABC classification method to classify inventory based on the historical needs of F enterprise medicines for chronic conditions.Combined with the actual operating conditions of F enterprise, the amount of income is used as an indicator to divide it into slow-selling and non-slow-selling medicines for chronic conditions,to improve its inventory structure, and lay the foundation for later demand forecasting and inventory control strategy selection. The next,we solve the F enterprise non-slow-selling medicines for chronic conditions demand forecast unreasonable problem. In the actual business management process, the demand for non-slow-selling medicines for chronic conditions is often affected by customer demand and its external factors.Historical demand fluctuates greatly, and the non-stationary nature is significant, which greatly increases the difficulty of forecasting non-slow-selling medicines for chronic conditions.Based on the historical demand datacharacteristics of non-slow-selling medicines for chronic conditions, this paper considers the specific requirements of F enterprise, and finally determines to build the RBF Neural Network demand prediction model. This paper uses of MATLAB software to program the prediction process. The results prove the effectiveness of the prediction method. The last, based on the demand characteristics of slow-moving and non-slow-selling medicines for chronic conditions, corresponding inventory control strategies are formu lated.Based on analysis of the characteristics of the demand for non-slow-selling me dicines,we construct an inventory control model with the goal of minimum total inventory cost, considering the first lead-time delivery,multi-cycle static and dynamic combination strategy. The lingo software is used to verify the process. The results show that under the combination of static and dynamic strategies, the order quantity, inventory holding level and total inventory cost of non-slow-selling medicines have been effectively reduced, which greatly reduces the pressure of inventory management.Based on analysis of the demand characteristics of slow-selling medicines for chronic conditions,we choose to Periodic Order Method to control the inventory of these medicines and verify them with examples. The results show that Periodic Order Method effectively reduces the inventory turnover days of slow-selling medicines, and improves the inventory turnover rate. The research in this paper can effectively solve the problems of the medicines for chronic conditions inventory structure, unreasonable demand forecasting, and excessively extensive inventory control strategies of F enterprise.Which will help F enterprise to reduce the pressure on medicines for chronic conditions inventory management, and improve the competitiveness of enterprise, and provide pharmaceutical logistics companies provide a certain method for solving similar problems. |
