Y central hospital staff undertake important tasks such as serving patients,innovating technology,teaching students and so on.Their ability and quality have a direct impact on the development of the hospital.Optimizing the performance evaluation index of Y city center hospital staff,constructing high efficiency,scientific and reasonable evaluation system can accurately measure the performance and work efficiency of Y center hospital staff,not only to build high quality and high efficiency talent team demand,but also to improve the work enthusiasm and efficiency of Y center hospital staff,and finally can play a role in improving the core competitiveness of the hospital.Based on the theory of human resource management and the theory of performance management,this paper studies the performance appraisal system of the staff in the Y-city center hospital,and takes the staff of the Y-center hospital as an example to obtain the current situation and the existing problems of the performance management system.The cause of the problem and the improved strategy,and the like.The research has found that in the performance appraisal of the staff in the central hospital,the theory of performance appraisal is not sufficient;the setting of the content index is not reasonable;the appraisal cycle is the main part of the annual assessment,and the lack of attention to the routine examination;the appraisal idea and the thought are backward;The internal management system affects the effective implementation of the assessment and the problems existing in the assessment system.cause this The causes of some problems are related to the lack of understanding of the leaders of the staff performance appraisal in Y central hospital,the lack of full participation of the examiners in the process of performance appraisal;the insufficient understanding of the performance appraisal and the inaccurate positioning;the lack of effective communication in the assessment;the single subject of the assessment and the lack of quantitative methods;the lack of effective control and feedback in the assessment process;the lack of professional assessment team,and the imperfect application of the results.According to the analysis of the present situation,problems and reasons of the staff performance appraisal in Y city center hospital,it is proposed to construct a new performance appraisal system,which should select the balanced scorecard performance appraisal method,set the multi-level index system of the staff performance appraisal management in Y city center hospital,ensure the design of the appraisal index is consistent with the post characteristic and the personnel demand;in the appraisal cycle,adhere to the original annual appraisal,introduce the quarterly appraisal to ensure the supervision and promotion function of the appraisal to the daily basic work;in the appraisal process,according to the annual appraisal and quarterly appraisal,the smooth two-way communication mechanism;after the appraisal,make full use of the appraisal result to carry on the management,Improve the efficiency of Y downtown hospital staff.In addition to the system construction of employee performance appraisal in y city center hospital,this paper also puts forward the guarantee measures in the aspects of guaranteeing the implementation of the appraisal system,human resources and incentive mechanism,communication and input according to the specific contents of the administrative administrator performance appraisal.
