The Relevant Research Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndromes And Emotion Type Distribution In Patients With Recurrent Implantation Failure

Objective:Observe the statistics of traditional chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and emotional types in patients with recurrent implantation failure(RIF),study the distribution of emotional types in patients with different TCM syndromes,and get the common emotion types in patients with different TCM syndromes.It provides a valuable reference for clinically intervening the occurrence of RIF from the emotional aspect and improving the embryo implantation rate of RIF patients.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,147 patients with RIF who were treated in the Center for Reproduction and Genetics,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Questionnaires were used to collect the general information of the patients,the information of the four diagnoses of TCM and the emotional information of TCM.The collected data were built into a database in Excel,and SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistics and analysis.Results:1.The distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with RIF is related to BMI(P<0.05);2.Age,infertility years,number of abortions,in vitro fertilization/intracytoplasmic sperm injection(IVF/ICSI)times,embryo transfer/frozen embryo transfer(ET/FET)times have no correlation with TCM syndrome type(P> 0.05);3.The TCM emotion types of RIF patients were correlated with age,infertility years and IVF/ICSI times(P<0.05);4.There was no correlation between BMI,number of abortions,ET/FET and TCM emotion type(P>0.05);5.The TCM syndrome differentiation of RIF patients was kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,which was mostly manifested as panic(P=0.006).The syndrome of liver qi stagnation was mostly manifested as anger(P=0.003)and thought(P=0.032).The syndrome of phlegm-dampness was thought(P=0.001).The syndrome of blood stasis was mostly characterized by panic(P=0.042).6.There was no significant correlation between other TCM syndromes and emotion types(P>0.05).Conclusion:The syndromes of TCM in RIF patients are mainly kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,followed by liver qi stagnation syndrome,and then phlegm-dampness syndrome.The distribution of TCM syndromes in RIF patients is related to BMI;the emotional type of RIF patients is mainly panic,Followed by normal sentiment,and then thought,the distribution of emotion types in RIF patients is related to age,infertility years,and IVF / ICSI times;syndrome differentiation in TCM shows kidney Yang deficiency syndrome mostly manifested as panic,liver qi stagnation syndrome Most manifested as anger and thought,phlegm-dampness syndrome mostly manifested as thought,the syndrome of blood stasis mostly manifested as panic.
