Purpose:Objective: By analyzing the correlation between clinical objective data of clinical patients and constitution types and TCM syndromes, this study explores the correlation between them,in order to guide clinical prevention and treatment.Method:1.The general information, such as sex and age, syndrome type and blood lipids,of the inpatients with primary hyperlipidemia were collected by means of field questionnaire.According to "TCM Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Terminology Syndrome Part",the patients were divided into TCM syndrome type. The constitutions of patients were classified according to the 9 constitutions standards in Classification and Determination of Constitutions of Traditional Chinese Medicine.2.Data analysis: SPSS 25.0 software was used to process the data, and the data were analyzed by component ratio, mean ± standard deviation, multivariate logistic regression and so on.RESULT:1.Of the 328 patients included in the analysis, there were 181 males(55.2%)and147 females(44.8%),with more males than females. There were 213 cases(64.9%)in the middle-aged group and the middle age group had the largest number of patients. In the different BMI group,The normal group has 134 cases(40.9%),and 191 cases(58.2%)were overrecombinant or above.Among the lipid indexes,The mean value of TG in male was significantly higher than that of female.TG and HDL-C were significantly different in all BMI groups: The mean value of TG in obese group was higher than that in normal group, while the mean value of HDL-C was lower than that in normal group. The distribution of TCM syndrome types in general clinical data is different,in which the syndrome of Qi stagnation and blood stasis in females is more than that in males, and the syndrome of phlegm-dampness repression is more common in young and middle-aged patients.Overweight and obese patients are prone to phlegm and dampness repression.2.The types of TCM constitutions of the study subjects varied in age, sex,BMI,and the distribution of blood lipid indexes. The amount of humidity and heat mass was the highest in the young group; The proportion of phlegm and dampness and heat in middle age group was the highest.Phlegm moisture was most common in the elderly group. In BMI Group,phlegm-dampness and damp-heat were the most in overweight group and obesity group.Conclusion:1.In primary hyperlipidemia, the patients are mainly aged 41-65 years old,the number of men is more than women, and the weight of most patients exceeds the upper limit of normal weight.Among the blood lipid indicators of primary hyperlipidemia, the higher the patient’s body mass index, the higher the value of triglycerides and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol.2.There are differences in the distribution of TCM syndromes in patients with primary hyperlipidemia, among the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis is more common in women than in men,and the syndrome of phlegm dampness repression is more common in young and middle-aged patients.Patients with phlegm suppression are more likely to be overweight and obese.3.In patients with primary hyperlipidemia, the quality of qi deficiency and yang deficiency are mostly female patients;the phlegm-dampness quality,damp-heat quality, and yin-deficiency quality are all related to BMI,and the BMI and TG values of patients with phlegm-dampness quality and damp-heat quality are relatively high.Other physique patients are higher.
