Etiology And Pathogenesis Of Elderly Depressive Disorder And Analysis Of Syndromes

Objective:Based on the cases of elderly depressive disorders treated by Professor Ding Yuanqing,clinical data analysis was conducted to discuss its etiology and pathogenesis,and to summarize its clinical characteristics,rules of syndrome differentiation and treatment,and medication experience.Methods : Collect elevant medical condition information of elderly patients with depressive disorders,statistically analyze their general data,medical history,common symptoms,and unhealthy habits;and use association rules Apriori algorithm to mine Professor Ding Yuanqing’s medical records and prescriptions,and analyze Professor Ding Yuanqing’s clinical treatment The rules of syndrome differentiation and treatment and experience of medication.Results : By analyzing 223 cases of senile depressive disorder,the core symptom groups of senile depressive disorder are: low mood,lack of energy,laziness,decreased interest,upset,memory loss,constipation,poor sleep,weight loss,Snoring,dry mouth;tongue with dark red tongue,greasy or yellow fur;pulse like string veins,slippery veins,fine veins,Shenmai,etc.Common syndromes include yin deficiency and heat disturbance syndrome,qi deficiency syndrome,yang depression syndrome,phlegm and heat disturbance syndrome,stasis and heat syndrome,stagnation syndrome,yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm and blood syndrome.Through the analysis of 223 prescriptions,it is concluded that Professor Ding Yuanqing’s commonly used drugs for the treatment of elderly depressive disorders are Fritillaria cirrhosa,Ophiopogon japonicus,turmeric,roasted licorice,salvia miltiorrhiza,and fried sour dates.Conclusion : Professor Ding Yuanqing has extensive experience in depressive disorders in the elderly,and his distinctive treatment methods are unique.Depression disorder in old age is based on the deficiency of liver and kidney,and the core pathogenesis is that the yang is weak and the mind is damaged.The disease is mainly in the heart,which is closely related to liver and kidney.Pathogenicity is the standard for deficiency and yin deficiency,and phlegm,blood stasis,and stagnation are the targets.Governing the law is to rejuvenate the soul,to rejuvenate the spirit,and to help the vigor.Treating the specimens,Ophiopogon japonicus,jujube seeds,licorice root and other drugs are commonly used to nourish yin,nourish blood and nourish qi to invigorate the mind.Fritillaria cirrhosa,turmeric,salvia miltiorrhiza and other drugs prescribe stagnation,phlegm and blood circulation to eliminate evil and yang.According to the evidence Different types,each has its own focus.
