| Objective:By comparing the postoperative rehabilitation of the observation group and the control group, this paper analyzes the clinical effect of the rehabilitation exercise guided by the theory of emphasis on both sinews and bones "after high tibial osteotomy, and discusses the clinical significance of the theory for functional rehabilitation after osteotomy,so as to provide more theoretical basis and reference for the application of the theory of "emphasis on both sinews and bones" in clinical work.Methods:1.From March 2019 to December 2019,60 in-patients with knee osteoarthritis and varus deformity were enrolled in the Department of sports injury orthopedics,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine.Of 60 hospitalized patients, aged between 44 and 71 years, with an average age of 57.78±6.104 years.60 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The observation group received regular and scientific rehabilitation training after 8 weeks under the guidance of the theory of "emphasis on both sinews and bones",while the control group received routine rehabilitation training for 8 weeks without special theoretical guidance. After 8 weeks, the preoperative and postoperative data were analyzed by visual simulation score and knee injury and osteoarthritis score.2.Statistical analysis:Spss22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of relevant data.Perform normality test on the patient’s age,VAS score,KOOS score and other measurement data to verify that it conforms to the normal distribution, after the normal distribution is verified,it is analyzed by independent sample t-test,expressed by mean ±standard deviation((?)±s).If it does not conform to the normal distribution,it is analyzed by rank sum test, expressed by median(quartile);the patient’s gender and other counting data are analyzed by chi square test(x2).Results:All 60 patients completed the follow-up,of which the proportion of women(61.67%)was higher than that of men(38.33%).The rehabilitation exercise under the guidance of the theory of "emphasis on both sinews and bones”in the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in terms of reducing the pain of the affected knee and recovering the function of the affected knee after the operation(P<0.05)。Bu t,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of daily life and quality of life in the two dimensions of knee injury and osteoarthritis, and there was no significant difference between them and preoperative scores(P>0.05);however,in the dimensions of sports and recreational activities, the treatment of both groups significantly reduced their scores, which was statistically significant. Conclusion:after the high tibial osteotomy, the rehabilitation training under the guidance of the theory of“emphasis on both sinews and bones”can reduce the pain of the patients and accelerate the functional recovery of the knee.High tibial osteotomy is a minimally invasive operation, which can reduce the damage to the tissues around the knee joint. It is i n line with the idea of attaching equal importance to both muscles and bones, and is the basis of reconstructing the balance of muscles and bones of the affected knee. The theory of“emphasis on both sinews and bones”has its advantages and certain feasibility in guiding the rehabilitation after high tibial osteotomy, which provides ideas for the rehabilitation of other diseases. |
