| Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of high tibial osteotomy based on the theory of "paying equal attention to bone and tendon" in the treatment of postoperative rehabilitation of knee osteoarthritis. Methods:A total of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis and high tibial osteotomy who met the inclusion criteria from January 2020 to August 2021 in Department of Orthopedics,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were analyzed and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.30 cases in the control group after operation in the "paying equal attention to bone and tendon" theory under the guidance of the use of traditional Chinese medicine massage, acupoint, tendon manipulation for functional exercise;30 cases of experimental group after routine functional rehabilitation exercise,no theoretical guidance. The VAS pain score, knee HSS score and Lysholm score of the two groups were observed and recorded before operation and 1 month,2 months and 3 months after operation.SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyze and evaluate the results. The general data such as age, gender, injury site and body mass index of each group were statistically analyzed for preoperative variables. After analysis,it was found that the general conditions of the two groups were comparable. Results: There was no significant difference in gender, age, injury site and body mass index between the two groups before operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative VAS score,HSS score of knee joint and Lysholm score between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference in postoperative VAS pain score,HSS score of knee joint and Lysholm score between the two groups in January,March and June(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the treatment of high tibial osteotomy in patients with knee osteoarthritis, functional exercise guided by the theory of " paying equal attention to tendons and bones " can effectively alleviate symptoms such as local swelling and pain, accelerate functional recovery, and the clinical curative effect is remarkable in the short term.It reflects the unique advantages of the theory of " paying equal attention to tendons and bones " in the department of orthopedics and traumatology of traditional Chinese medicine in postoperative rehabilitation, and provides effective support for clinical rehabilitation. |
