Effect Of Sanren Qingjie Decoction On Damp-heat Injection Syndrome After Hemorrhoids Operation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanren Qingjie Decoction in the treatment of dampness-heat injection syndrome after hemorrhoids surgery.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).On the basis of the same routine treatment before and after the operation,the treatment group was given oral treatment with Sanren Qingjie Decoction on the first day after the operation,and the control group was given oral treatment with Zanlian Pill on the first day after the operation.The TCM symptoms of patients in the two groups were scored and recorded before operation,on the2 nd,4th and 7th days after operation,and the number of days when the ligation line fell off and the time of wound healing were counted.The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:There were no significant differences between the two groups in burning of anus,falling of anus,yellow urine and less urine on the 2nd,4th and 7th day after operation(P>0.05).Comparisons of bitterness of mouth,body heat,stupor and chest tightness between the two groups: there was no significant difference in scores between the two groups on the 2nd day after operation(P>0.05);There was a difference on the 4th day after operation:there was a significant difference in scores of chest tightness and bitterness of mouth between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group;there was a significant difference in scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups on the 7th day after operation(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the time of ligation line falling off was(5.67±1.241)days,while in the control group,the time of ligation line falling off was(6.80±0.986)days,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);In the treatment group,the hospital stay was(8.367±1.884)days,in the control group,the hospital stay was(9.33±2.073)days,and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);The wound healing time in the treatment group(23.60±2.127)days,the control group(24.73±1.998)days,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90% greater than that in the control group 83.33%.Conclusion:Heat injection syndrome after mixed hemorrhoids operation.It can also help patients recover after surgery.
