Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Guizhi and LongguMuli decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of persistent postural and perceptual dizziness of liver meridians stagnation heat syndrome, and to explore the train of thought and method of the combination of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of persistent postural and perceptual dizziness.Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases each. The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets and betahistine mesylate tablets. The treatment group was treated with modified Guizhi and LongguMuli decoction on the basis of the control group. The dosage of Western medicine in the two groups was the same, and the treatment course was 6 weeks. At the end of the course of treatment, the clinical efficacy was determined, and before and after the treatment, the TCM syndrome quantitative evaluation table of liver meridians and heat retention syndrome,HAMD scale,HAMA scale,DHI scale,NEO-FFI scale were observed, and the data were statistically analyzed with spss20.0.Results:2 cases in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group fell off.Finally,34 patients were included in the treatment group and 34 patients in the control group. Before treatment,14 males and 20 females were included in the treatment group, with the age of 46.47±15.126,the average course of disease of 9 months,TCM syndrome score of 28.88±9.161,HAMD score of 27.00±9.342,HAMA score of 27.12±8.434 and DHI score of 18.29±6.384.In the control group,16 males and 18 females were included, the age was 47.15±10.401 years old,the average course of disease was 9 months, the TCM syndrome score was 26.12±8.916,the HAMD score was 23.94±8.268,the HAMA score was 25.56±8.349,and the DHI score was 16.41±6.638.All the comparisons between the two groups were p<0.05,with the same baseline level and comparability. After treatment,TCM syndrome score was 14.00±6.189 in the treatment group,19.76±8.323 in the control group, the average score was 12 in the treatment group,18.24± 7.041 in the control group,14.06 ± 7.870 in the treatment group,17.85±6.387 in the control group, and 8.53± 4 in the DHI score after treatment The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment, the NEO-FFI scores of each dimension in the treatment group and the control group were tested by independent sample t-test,P>0.05,there was no significant difference. The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing TCM syndrome score,HAMD score,HAMA score and DHI score, with definite efficacy and safety. There was no significant difference in NEO-FFI score between the two groups. Conclusion:The combination of modified Guizhi and LongguMuli decoction and conventional western medicine has good clinical effect in the treatment of persistent postural and perceptual dizziness with liver meridians stagnant heat syndrome, improving subjective symptoms and emotional state.
