Objective:Using modern clinical research methods,to explore the clinical effect of Jingbi Decoction on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of the symptoms of wind-cold.Under the guidance of the theory of the muscle meridiantheory, combined with network pharmacology, this study explored its possible therapeutic mechanism. Methods:Using clinical cases,80 patients meeting the criteria were included in the study and divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with Jingbi decoction, while the control group was treated with Nimesulide Sustained-release Tablets and flurbiprofen gel plaster. The scores(VAS pain and numbness score, cervical NDI index score and TCM syndrome efficacy score)were used to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups, which were observed and carried out before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment. At the same time, under the guidance of meridian theory and network pharmacology, the possible mechanism of Jingbi decoction was discussed through the steps of Jingbi Decoction grouping, effective component selection, target prediction, network construction and topology analysis, and biological function analysis. Results:According to the statistics, there was no significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable. After 2 weeks of treatment, there was a significant difference in pain score and functional score between the two groups(P<0.05),and the control group was better than the treatment group. There was no significant difference in numbness score(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, there was a significant difference in pain score and numbness score between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group. There was no significant difference in function scores(P>0.05).Within 4 weeks, the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions was low in the treatment group.Through the network pharmacology analysis,a total of 48 possible related biological functions and signaling pathways were involved in Jingbi decoction(P<0.01),covering nerves, muscles, blood vessels, inflammation, endocrine, ion channels and human metabolism. Conclusion:Jingbi decoction has a good clinical effect, and the long-term effect is more significant. At the same time,Jingbi decoction has advantages in numbness recovery and drug tolerance compared with the control group. The network pharmacology analysis shows that Jingbi decoction can activate the huge network of targets and intervene with the biological process, and treat the cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of the symptoms of wind-cold through comprehensive regulation.
