Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lianlongbuxin granule on insomnia with anxiety(Yin deficiency and fire flourishing syndrome).Methods:60 qualified patients with insomnia and anxiety(Yin deficien cy and fire flourishing syndrome)were selected and divided into experim ental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment(alprazolam table ts,haloperidol metretrexine tablets);In the experimental group,Lianlo ngbuxin granules were added on the basis of the treatment plan of the co ntrol group.Results:After the first course of treatment,the total effective rat e of insomnia in the experimental group was 90%,the total effective ra te of anxiety state was 83.3%,and the total effective rate of TCM synd rome score was 86.7%.After the second course of treatment,the total e ffective rate of insomnia symptoms in the experimental group was 96.7%and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome score was 93.3%,both of w hich were better than the control group and showed significant differenc e(P<0.05).The total effective rate of anxiety state was 93.3%,which was higher than that of the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Lianlongbuxin granule in the treatment of insomnia with anxiety(syndrome of Yin deficiency and fire)can bett er alleviate insomnia symptoms and reduce anxiety state than conventiona 1 western medicine treatment(alprazolam tablets and haloperidol meilica cin tablets),and can reduce TCM syndrome score and improve the correspo nding systemic symptoms.
