Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Infantile Enuresis Due To Dampness-heat Of Liver Channel By Treatment Of Brain And Governor Meridian Nurishing Tuina Manipulation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treatment of infantile enuresis due to dampness-heat of liver channel by treatment of brain and governor meridian nurishing Tuina manipulationMethods:64 cases of infantile enuresis of liver dampness-heat type were divided into treatment group and control group,32 in each group.According to the order of participating in the study,the odd number was the control group and the double number was the treatment group.The treatment group was treated with self-designed brain and governor meridian nurishing Tuina manipulation.The control group was treated with routine Tuina manipulation.The main symptom score and total score were recorded before treatment,after treatment for two weeks and after treatment for four weeks,and statistical analysis was carried out to observe the difference between the two groups.Results:After two weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 97%,and the effective rate of the control group was 81 %.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.After statistical treatment,the P value was 0.045(P<0.05),there was significant difference.After four weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 97%,the effective rate of the control group was 91%,after statistical treatment,P value was 0.302(P>0.05),there was no statistical difference;at the same time,statistical treatment was carried out in the main symptom score,P value was 0.029(P<0.05)compared with the awakening degree score of the two groups,P value was 0.049(P<0.05),there was significant difference.Conclusion:Treatment of brain and governor meridian nurishing Tuina manipulation is better than the control group in improving the awakening degree of children,especially after two weeks of treatment;there is no significant difference between the two methods in curative effect.
