ObjectiveBy observing and comparing the clinical efficacy of acupoint embedding combined with western medicine and oral western medicine alone in the treatment of Xia Yuan deficiency cold infantile enuresis, the effectiveness and safety of acupoint embedding combined with western medicine in the treatment of infantile enuresis were preliminarily discussed,in order to provide a corresponding research basis for the selection and optimization of treatment programs for children enuresis.MethodA total of 72 patients of syndrome of Xia Yuan deficiency cold infantile enuresis were selected.According to the principle of randomization,36 cases in each group were divided into western medicine group and combination group.Western medicine group was given acetate desmopressin tablets and oxybutin hydrochloride capsule oral; The combination group was treated with the same western medicine as the control group combined with acupoint embedding, and both groups were treated for 3 months. After the completion of the treatment, the efficacy, compliance and safety were evaluated.Result1.The two groups had the same baseline indicators(Age,sex, monthly frequency of enuresis,TCM syndrome score).(P>0.05).2.Total effective rate: Both groups were effective in short-term efficacy, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).And the combination group was better to the western medicine group in long-term efficacy.3.Monthly enuresis times: there was statistical significance between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).4.TCM syndrome score: both groups were effective(P<0.05),and the scores of multiple symptoms were decreased compared with those before.5.Compliance and safety evaluation:The compliance of the combination group and the western medicine group was good, and there was no serious adverse reaction in this test, and the safety was high.Conclusion1.Both the combination group and the western medicine group were effective in treating enuresis of children with Xia Yuan deficiency cold syndrome. The combination group has more advantages in preventing recurrence after treatment than the western medicine group. The short-term efficacy of the two groups was similar, while the long-term efficacy of the combined group was better than that of the western medicine group. The efficacy of TCM syndromes was improved. After treatment, the improvement of TCM syndromes scores in the combination group was better than that in the western medicine group.2.During the treatment of the two groups, patients had good compliance, good safety, and no serious adverse events occurred.
