Observation On The Curative Effect Of Toufengning Decoction In The Clinical Treatment Of Migraine With Wind Phlegm Disturbance Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Toufengning Decoction in the treatment of migraine patients with wind-induced phlegm.To explore the pathogenesis that "wind" and "phlegm" as the main pathogenic factors and deficiency in blood as the foundation of migraine.To provide new ideas and effective clinical evidences for the clinical treatment of migraine.Methods: After screening,60 patients who met the standard were divided into treatment group and control group by randomized grouping,each has 30 cases.The treatment group was given 200 m L of Toufengning Decoction twice a day with one dose daily.The control group was given 10 mg of Sibelium(Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules),orally,once per night.Both groups were treated for 1 month.After treatment,the changes in headache symptoms,headache score,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome score,cerebral blood flow velocity,high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)level and the curative effect were evaluated.Results: After treatment,the total effective rate,which in the treatment group was 96.7%and in the control group was 86.7%.The treatment group was higher than the control group.The curative effect of the two groups was tested by rank sum test,P=0.044<0.05,and the treatment group was better than the control group.The improvement of headache symptom,headache score,TCM syndrome score,blood flow velocity of middle cerebral artery and anterior cerebral artery,hs-CRP level in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and no adverse reactions were observed in the treatment group.Conclusion: Toufengning Decoction has a significant clinical effect in the treatment migraine with wind phlegm disturbance syndrome.It can effectively reduce the frequency and duration of headache,reduce the degree of pain,improve the TCM syndrome,adjust the velocity of cerebral blood flow,and reduce the hs-crp level.
