| Objective: Through clinical and experimental research,to observe the clinical effect of acupotomolysis of “acupoints around the neck”on patients with cervical spondylosis and the influence of acupotomolysis on the morphology of cervical intervertebral disc and NF-κB signal pathway in rats, and to explore the mechanism of acupotomotherapy on cervical spondylosis.Methods:(1)The patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group and control group.JOA,VAS score and cervical physiological curvature were used to evaluate the clinical effect.(2)SD rats were divided into blank group, sham operated group, model group and needle-scapelon group. The morphological changes and the expression of related factors IL-1?,MMP-3and NF-κbp65 were observed by HE staining and Western blot respectively.Results:(1)VAS scores of the two groups were lower than that before treatment,JOA scores were higher than that before treatment, and physiological curvature of cervical vertebra in the treatment group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group.(2)The degree of degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc in needle-scapelon group was lower than that in model group, and the degree of degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc in rats of different weeks suggested that the period of making model could be shortened. The expression of IL-1?in needle-scapelon group was significantly different from that in model group and sham operation group;the expression of NF-κBp65 in needle-scapelon group was significantly less than that in model group;the expression of MMP-3 in Needle-scapelon group was between model group and blank group.Conclusion:(1)Acupotomolysis of “acupoints around the neck”has a good effect on the treatment of cervical spondylosis with good operability and avoids medical risks.(2)Needle-scapelon intervention reduced NF-kB expression induced by cervical disc degeneration. |
