Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Intrauterine Adhesions With LiChong Decotion

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of Lichong Decoction on the patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis ty pe of intrauterine adhesions,at the same time,and the treatment advanta ges of traditional Chinese medicine.To study the causes,high-risk factor s and pathogenesis of intrauterine adhesions,so as to reduce the inciden ce rate of intrauterine adhesions..Methods:Methods:from January 2018 to June 2019,60 cases of intrauterin e adhesions with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type were treated in Shan dong integrated hospital of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The y were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the treatment gr oup were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,while the patients in the control group were treated with western medicine alone.After the operation,hysteroscopy was used again three months to observe the changes of TCM syndromes and clinical symptom scores of the two groups.At the same time,all causes of intrauterine adhesions were a nalyzed.Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the causes and high risk factors of intrauterine adhesions.Results:The total effective rate was 93.33%in the Lichong Decoction gro up and 83.33%in the hormone group(P<0.01);There was a positive corre lation(P<0.01)between the risk of uterine cavity adhesion and uterine cavity adhesion after missed abortion,induced abortion and drug abortion,which was an independent risk factor of uterine cavity adhesion;infecti on might aggravate the degree of uterine cavity adhesion.There was signi ficant difference in the degree of inflammatory infection and intrauterin e adhesions(P<0.01)。Conclusion:Lichong Decoction and hormone therapy can improve the sympto ms and reduce the recurrence rate,while traditional Chinese medicine com bined with western medicine has a significant advantage in improving the overall treatment effect.Lichong Decoction and hormone therapy can improve the symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate,while traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine has a significant advantage in improving the overall treatment effect.The incidence rate of intrauterine adhesions is mainly caused by missed abortion,curettage,early pregnanc y induced abortion,and early abortion after medical abortion.Reducing the number of abortions and paying attention to preventing pelvic infectio n is the reduction of incidence of intrauterine adhesions from etiology.Infection is a high risk factor for intrauterine adhesions.
