The Clinical Research Of Eight Corrections Powder Plus Blood Mansion Stasis-Expelling Decoction In Treatment Of Chronic Prostatitis Of Dampness-heat Stagnancy Type

ObjectiveThrough clinical observation of Eight Corrections Powder plus Blood Mansion Stasis-Expelling Decoction in treatment of chronic prostatitis of dampness-heat stagnancy type to objectively evaluate the clinical effects and safety of this treatment method,so as to provide an effective TCM treatment for chronic prostatitis of dampness-heat stagnancy type,provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment,and lay a foundation for further theoretical and clinical research.MethodsEighty patients who are treated as chronic prostatitis of dampness-heat stagnancy type in the Andrology Clinic of Qingdao West Coast New Area TCM Hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 are selected,and divided randomlyinto treatment group and control group at a ratio of 1:1 in 40 cases,the 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with Eight Corrections Powder plus Blood Mansion Stasis-Expelling Decoction,while the 40 patients in the control group were treated with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets.Each group was treated continuously for 1 month,observation was carried out and record was made after one month,including total effective rate of treatment,TCM symptom complex score,NIH-CPSI score,WBC in EPS,and maximum urinary volume.After statistical analysis,the conclusion was drawn.ResultsFor the comparative paired T-test of various quantitative scores(total effective rate,TCM symptom complex score,NIH-CPSI score,and maximum urinary volume)of treatment group with Eight Corrections Powder plus Blood Mansion Stasis-Expelling Decoction and control group with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets before and after the treatment,P value is less than 0.05.The total effective rate of the treatment group is 92.50%,and that of the control group is 67.50%.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of both groups were significantly improved compared with that before treatment in terms of NIH-CPSI score and TCM symptom complex score(P<0.05).For improvement of various quantitative scores(NIH-CPSI score and TCM symptom complex score)after treatment,the treatment group are better than the control group(p<0.05);the WBC in EPS of both groups was improved after treatment,however,the difference has no statistical significance(P>0.05);The maximum urinary volume of both groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),but the difference between two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion1.The improvement of various quantitative scores of Eight Corrections Powder plus Blood Mansion Stasis-Expelling Decoction in treatment of chronic prostatitis of dampness-heat stagnancy typeis obvious,and this treatment method has a definite therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve the urination symptom and uncomfortable symptom of pain,reduce recurrence,and enhance the life quality of patients.2.As per the results of various quantitative scores of both groups,the treatment effect of Eight Corrections Powder plus Blood Mansion Stasis-Expelling Decoctionis significantly better than that of the simple application of Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets.3.Eight Corrections Powder plus Blood Mansion Stasis-Expelling Decoction is an effective method for treating chronic prostatitis of dampness-heat stagnancy type,its efficacy is satisfactory,and it is worthy for applying and extending in clinic.
